Fun et performance ne sont pas incompatibles !
Principalement, prendre le pouls de l'entreprise et des collaborateurs, avec une fréquence trimestrielle;
Par ailleurs, on utilise aussi l'outil après des formations ou des séminaires pour évaluer l'événement (fond et forme) et faire encore mieux la prochaine fois !
Avantages
Facile à utiliser et à mettre en place (service support très disponible)
C'est ludique et fun pour les utilisateurs, mais très efficace pour prendre le pouls d'une entreprise et favoriser la remontée de pistes d'amélioration
Une base de questions type mise à jour régulièrement (par ex le covid) et très utile: un gain d'efficacité !
Inconvénients
On cherche... (qq petites fonctionnalités en plus qui seraient les bienvenues on déjà été transmises au service client)

Feedback on Zest tool by Chantelle Lingerie
Zest help us to measure the engagement and motivation of our employees, and empower the managers and the teams on those subjects (it's not only an HR subject). They are very attentive on our feedbacks to improve the tool and develop or optimise the features.
Avantages
We use the features "LISTEN" that includes the Engagement meter, Key drivers, and Polls. Those features are very easy to set and use. The major point is that the manager, the HR team and the Admin have an customized access to the results depending on their perimeter. The poll feature is very easy to set. The user don't need a lot of training to use this tool because it's very intuitive.
Inconvénients
The access to the results in back office for the HR and admin is easy but they could improve the ways the data are available in the tool, because if you wan to go further on the reporting the possibility to extract the data in excel could be improved.
The key board could be improved too for managers, HR and admin
The access of the historic, for the key drivers for exemple is not that intuitive
More link between the features to help the manager having an overview of his/her team or for one employee on the results

Bloomin&Co !
I am able to better know how the collaborators are feeling. Indeed, we work on 11 different places and it is really hard to be aware about workers' feeling and expectations.
It is also a good way to make a survey on some HR subjects (ticket restaurant, CE, paid vacation, seminary, training, ...).
Avantages
Easy to use, quickly able to manage your interview, good advice from the team (not only operationnal but also regarding HR issues or action plan)
Inconvénients
Anonymous : you can't ask people to give their name when they are doing a survey (they wouldn't answer it anymore); nevertheless, when you have people in bad mood, you can't know who he/she is and how to help

La soluzione SaaS per aumentare il coinvolgimento del tuo team
Ho utilizzato la free trial per provarlo, e devo dire che è uno strumento molto interessante. Peccato per il prezzo.
Avantages
hai accesso a report e dashboard dettagliati sulla tua interfaccia che ti consentono di misurare il livello di coinvolgimento dei dipendenti in tempo reale e di gestire i tuoi team con un clic.
Inconvénients
Il costo è proibitivo per piccole realtà aziendale.

Really appreciated that we could see the results/ comments of the other participants
The Bloomin team was really helpful as well :) (with out their support, we wouldn't have the same successful results ;) )
