Midbody Review-From a Salon Manager
Overall it was easy to use and easy to train employees on. However we switched off of it due to the issue of it having so much down time. It wasn't suitable for a franchise system either so as we grew we had to switch off of it.
Avantages
The software was very intuitive and easy to use for the most part.
Inconvénients
The con's about the software is that it would often have glitches and down time where we couldn't be using it. It runs the business so it was a huge issue when this was happening. The support wasn't great either.

This program is okay but there are other suitable alternatives that are less expensive!
Avantages
I like that this program is catered directly towards those in the health and wellness industry.
Inconvénients
I do think there are programs that are quite similar, while maybe not as customized to the health and wellness industry that do very much the same things for cheaper. I prefer Acuity to schedule and book appointments, plus you can still have customers pay right through Acuity.

For a Salon, other options exist
Perhaps for another industry, other than the salon/spa environment I am in, it would be perfect. I liked the ease of use, I no longer had to worry about double booking or a lost manual schedule. My clients were able to book online which was a fantastic feature. I just can't get over the price! Outrageous, considering there are other equivalent options out there for my area.
Avantages
It made my business life easier by allowing my clients to book online.
Inconvénients
The price! There's no reason for this software to be so expensive!

Good for simple use
It was good for whaat it offered. It was great while we had it.
Avantages
It was great to see my schedule for the day and helped me manage the upcoming day. Easy to scroll and toggle back and fourth.
Inconvénients
I work at a high servicing salon and it was hard for the app to keep up with all of our needs at the time. It had a lot of missing holes that we had to fulfill with another company.

I would like more options as to how to send reminders.
