great maintenance software
getting our resident work request quicker and then complete them out completed

Great for Preventative Maintenance tracking
The platform was great for the management team to use internally but got confusing for tenants (work order system)
Avantages
This software has a lot of functions which allow us to touch every aspect of operating a building. It allows the maintenance team to log and report all duties.
Inconvénients
Too many options and tools for specific building operation use.

Excellent Company
Avantages
So much more efficient than spreadsheets. Auto generated schedules and ability to priority track work orders.
Inconvénients
At rimes it can be difficult to get email aid.

Try it. Its pretty easy with a lot of support.
I did want to learn more on You Tube of developing the app for my business better. I like to do it alone when I can.
Avantages
Most of it is self explanatory. I always get follow ups from the support staff to be sure I have what I need.
Inconvénients
I haven't found any yet. I would say I would like more instructions available instead of going to support so much to figure it out.

Avantages
This product makes it very easy to organize our inventory and keep track of repairs/replacements on our property. Easy to navigate the systems and is very user friendly.
Inconvénients
Forms can sometimes be difficult to edit but that has been the only downside so far
