the customer service is completely horrible. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with the for 2 months now and still no luck. They just have me jumping through hoops sending me from one person to the next.

Ease of inventory and inclusion of photo in inventory. That was the biggest selling point for me!

too little room for customer information, which makes CRM slightly more difficult
