Your next door antivirus
Avantages
One of the easiest antivirus to use. Protects your PC and it does automatic background/daily scans and alerts you if there is anything malicious! Great work!
Inconvénients
The UI is a bit boring but the product is good!

It keeps information safe. Only users with permission can read or write on documents that have the password.

I have not had any issues with the software. So far it has met the needs of what I need to do my job. No problems.

Works well, has been keeping viruses off our machines in our environment for many years. East to install, we use both managed and unmanaged versions. We recently downloaded version 14 and it seems more intrusive than it has ever been before, getting pop ups to allow on everything.

The minimum stated system requirements are way inadequate to run the application. I suggest twice the amount stated.

Software worth buying
Avantages
I have used norton antivirus sofware by symantec and was quite happy with the antivirus, it kept my laptop safe from malware and viruses from the internet as well as external devices.
Inconvénients
It was expensive compared to some other antivirus in the market, but it also works better so its a trade-off. If your devices are more susceptible to viruses go for it.

Symantec offers several great security applications and utilities. So regardless of your size and budget, there is something suited for your system, whether home or enterprise.
Inconvénients
For some unknown reason, the Endpoint Manager stopped servicing the client computers with updates. This caused the client machines to act unresponsive after the booting process.

Avantages
There are no pros - Symantec is a total waste of money, resources, and I'm amazed they're still around. Might be good for grandma/grandpa who have no idea how to use a computer
Inconvénients
Works great if you want a system hog to gobble away your CPU cycles, memory, etc. I can't wait for windows to include this for free.

Symantec is one of the leaders in the cyber security IT realm. They use all the best tactics to detect and mitigate viruses

Symantec Endpoint Protection can use a little bit to much system resources to run. It can also cause some of your apps to not function properly with certain features turned on.

Symantec has nice tools for everyone, would suggest everyone to give it a try.

Use this tool on my personal laptop to protect against the vulnerabilities since I am browsing 24*7, never have to worry about the threats.

Makes my laptop slow. Takes lot of RAM, and sometime have to kill the software so that I can get free memory.

Not all virus cleaning operations can be done from the cloud management level. You'll sometimes need to get onto the computer and do the removal manually.
