Responsive to needs and continually improving the software from my feedback.

All booking info in one place and so easy to keep on track of what is coming up for both myself and my employees. Also, easy reporting to see trends, end of month reports, etc.
I can access the info from anywhere - even when away on vacation.
Also, I believe more customers will book, when it is right there with a "book now" button - they don't need to call, or email and so they do more impulse scheduling. I even use the feature to be able to contact those that don't complete a booking and it almost always results in a booking, once I've had the chance to contact them and answer the questions that may have stopped them from booking on their first impulse. Without Xola, I would never have even known they were considering booking....that results in more bookings and more satisfied customers.
My customers all rave about the ease of booking - Happy Customers means repeat customers.

Avantages

Ease of Use and Customer Support -- I looked at many companies and did demos prior to making my decision to go with Xola. Xola is, by far, the easiest to use of all the companies that I demoed. Inputting product, making changes, updating info is all easy and very intuitive to use. When I can't easily figure something out, Xola's 'chat' feature is AWESOME! There is always someone there to quickly guide me through with very little or no wait time. They walk me through the process via chat and once even offered to call me, instead, so they could more easily guide me through how to do something. If I have a need that Xola can't fulfill, they immediately send that to their development team and in most cases, I get an email or call saying the feature (or a similar one) is now available.
I've had offers from other companies that may be less expensive - but am so impressed by Xola's customer responsiveness, that it would take a LOT before I would make a change. VERY happy overall with my choice to go with Xola!

Inconvénients

Calendar does not show multi-day events (only the first day shows). Also - only allows for 'group' or bulk discounts on same item. I would like a way to have the system give "Xth purchase free" - for example - so once someone has booked 2 items, it could prompt them with a "Buy one more and you get a free one". I saw other companies with this capacity, BUT then they had other things that I did not like. Overall - Xola has more Positives for me, than negatives.

Need some extra features - Great App

We have been working for years with Xola and everything goes great, we love it! If only we can have this extra info in the booking detail it would be cool.

Avantages

Is easy to use, my customers find it useful and the best feature for our business is to get Google Analytics data and the new Xola custom reports.

Inconvénients

We really need to show more info in the booking detail not just day picker. Maybe some custom fields like a map, conditional inputs, description, etc. I know we can get this info in the questionnaire after booking, but we believe that displaying questions like "you need pick up?" "are you arriving in airplane or cruiser?"

XOLA is amazing for many reasons, but they need to speed up their process for fixing bugs

XOLA excels in many ways at many things, especially customer service, helping you learn, and ease of use. However, when there are things that don't work well for you, it feels like you are up against a wall and you just have to deal with bugs, and they give the impression that these things won't be changed for a long time, and maybe never. You just have to love it for the awesome things it does and accept the frustrating things it doesn't do.

Avantages

The best part about XOLA is their customer service. You can instantly chat with somebody at all times, and if you need to call and talk to a real person that is easy too. I cannot stress how amazing this is, as we have all spent hours going around in circles with customer service with other companies countless times. Sometimes for me to the point of frustrated tears. XOLA sets the standard for how reachable and friendly and helpful all customer service should be! XOLA also makes certain things incredibly fast and easy to do. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into functionality and usability, such as navigating through the site.

Inconvénients

My biggest complaint is also about customer service. You can easily talk to somebody and they will help you figure something out or teach you how to do something. However, sometimes I need to do things that XOLA is not capable of, and I feel that being able to do them is extremely important. In this case they simply say they will forward your request to their development team, and maybe someday there will be a meeting about it and it might get changed in the future. Sometimes when you tell them what you need to be able to do they disagree with you, which is odd, because they are not the ones actually using the software to run a business! One example is I need to be able to remove credit card numbers attached to people's accounts. This is very important for many reason, one of which is sometimes they belong to an ex-spouse, have been cancelled due to fraud, are cards they don't want you to charge any more, etc etc, and when collecting a balance it adds tons of time and correspondence with clients to figure this out. This is one example of many things that you can DO on XOLA, but you can't UNDO. Like when you accidentally enter a person on the questionnaire, you can't delete that person. I just think when you tell them things like this that seem really logical and practical they should be able to change them, or at least make you believe they understand it is important to your daily functioning and that they will try to change it.

Xola works fine, but is kinda clunky

Avantages

It works to get people booked. It takes money and signs them up.

Inconvénients

Difficult to make changes and there isn't a good help or tutorial button. I also have trouble getting all the roster data exported correctly sometimes. Inputting roster questions is not user friendly, because once inputted I cannot drag and drop the order

Xola for Tour Companys is the Best choice

This software has allowed me to track bookings back and forth in time and make my business more efficient.

Avantages

Customer service is responisive 24/7 and understands quickly what the issue is when describing the problem. They have had almost zero downtime in the 5 years I have used this software

Inconvénients

I use this software everyday and do not have compliants

Great booking software for biking company

Works well for registrations and refunds.

Avantages

Easy to export rosters to Excel and print rosters. Keeps accurate customer records.

Inconvénients

Once had an issue with exporting a roster to Excel but was able to contact Customer Support and the problem was solved.

Easy and reliable bookings management with Xola.

Avantages

I am most happy with Xola's ease of use. On both the customer's and the business's end, Xola is very straightforward and well organized which allows for easy, question free bookings by my customers, and a fast, easy check-in and payment process for my employees.

Xola's cross platform reliability is also a huge plus for me. With other booking software I've used in the past, I frequently experienced "down-time" on one or more of my devices. In well over a year of use on Xola, I am yet to experience any similar issue.

Inconvénients

Product improvements and app updates have been a little slow. In particular the mobile app is in dire need of updating. But for the most part, critical updates that are missing have been few and far between because most of the features you need are already there and already work well.

Worth the price...

Xola was our introduction to online booking for a rafting tour company. In the past the booking process was on an individual verbal contact. It was time consuming from the standpoint of personnel and training. Xola allowed our business to streamline our processes and modernize how we operate.

Avantages

The interface was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Able to import customers into the Xola database was simple. The ability to view and print activity and profitability reports was very helpful.

Inconvénients

I did not need very much technical support for the product, but when I did, it was a next day response via email. That could be improved.

I'm mobile on the road most of the day. I can look each reservation at any time.

Being mobile

Avantages

Keeps me updated with any changes that might happen during the day. It also gives me all information I might need. Like name, age, height, if they booked any add one and any special notes I might need to make the clients happy.

Inconvénients

Mobile app I can not see if they signed a waiver. My computer I can see if they signed a waiver. When I'm not in cell range I can not get updates. When day goes by it is hard to find information on past bookings. Like email adress.

Amazing platform and fantastic customer service!

Avantages

It’s user friendly... my staff can quickly learn how to use it. It’s customizable... I can easily adapt it to the needs of our business. It’s constantly evolving... it seems as we identify a feature that would be useful it’s released or they confirm they’re already working on it!

Inconvénients

There is the off glitch but the team are quick to address it!

Xola used for booking system for Wakeboard School

I like xola but I think there is room for improvement

Avantages

It’s pretty straight forward system that has a lot of features and make bookings easy to understand

Inconvénients

the mobile app doesn’t have all the features needed to fully work off mobile device. A lot of functions require a computer which causes issue a lot of the time

Xola for Urban Hikes KC

Because of Xola, the general public can book my tours. It's much better than any other option I've seen.

Avantages

Very intuitive and user friendly
Great live support through chat
It makes booking very easy for my customers

Inconvénients

It's hard to create a link for a certain event. I have a calendar and the client chooses for the event, but sometimes, I'd like to have a link that I can paste onto a different event page that will take clients to only one certain event.

Avantages

This software really creates a clean, sparkling, professional booking look to the website.

Inconvénients

The control panel is mostly easy to use. I think that some more clear or searchable function would be helpful for new users.

I totally recommend Xola

I will start with their customer service which is the best. Because we are in a different time zone Mary came early to office to call us and helped every time.
The software is easy to use and does have a lot of functionalities.

Xola Booking Engine

Being a fishing guide I am certainly not a tech savvy entrepreneur. So when starting a business I figured I needed all the help I could get with web bookings and content. Not only did Xola provide my website with an awesome booking engine but also helped me in a personal way through any problems I encountered.

Avantages

Too many to list. Keeps me organized even when I'm not...

Inconvénients

They will soon have the ability to link all information into quickbooks! when they do Xola will be the best in the business!

Xola Rocks

The ease of using the product is so easy that even the "old guy" can figure it out!!! The Chat part is GREAT. Quick response with knowledgeable people. More difficult problems are shunted to another expert (Luke) and the problem was solved quickly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Coastal Airwheel I'm looking for user-friendly, minimal effort and and a great return.

I'm able to block out the dates that we are on vacation, closed and holidays we choose not to be open. Also I get an email every time a reservation is made. That's how standing.

Avantages

As a new business budget is always a concern. They set me up with a product the fitted my needs exactly.

Inconvénients

The training to get started even though it wasn't hard and figuring out what we needed the system to do for us.
