This is the best in its class... by a long shot

Fantastic, if you need a product in this industry I wouldn't look elsewhere.

Avantages

I have tried many call forwarding softwares and have headaches constantly. Global Call Forwarding has never let me down. They are reliable, affordable and they do what they say they are going to do each and every time. Their customer service is also top notch.

Inconvénients

I have yet to have a single issue with the product so I can't speak to that.

Awsome technology support

Avantages

I am fairly new to this product and as such needed some assistance with getting set up had the pleasure of being helped by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and was very happy with the help and information that this person gave me was so surprised by the effort that he gave to help me get the software working for me and showing me the features that would help my business would really recommend this company if you want personalised service which is very rare to find these days keep up the great work [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

Global Call Forwarding feedback

Excellent, without any kind of problem or relevant issue.

Avantages

The product is easy to use and to set up, in any case the support is very efficient to help you for the advanced configurations.

Inconvénients

The integration to our system was not complex and they hear you about missing feature that are useful to be implemented.

Great service

Great experience with Global Call Forwarding!

Avantages

Excellent customer support. Easy to set up and implement. Highly recommended.

Inconvénients

Would be nice to be able to have sms for the virtual numbers in order to use them for two factor authentication. Not sure if that's possible, might be some kind of legal roadblock in some countries.

Cannot fault the service

Brilliant!

Avantages

We have used the service to route all our calls from the US, Australia, Canada and the rest of the world to our office in UK, and we have had a brilliant service provided!

Inconvénients

None, the software and service is as expected.

Reliable provider

Quality virtual number service, allows you to buy local number from various locations / area codes in my respective sales territories. Very helpful for increasing answer rate of my phone calls.

Avantages

User friendly, super helpful customer support.

Inconvénients

Lack of call logging / not integrated with my current CRM

Very happy with the service

We required forwarding from local numbers, which we acquired from Global Call Forwarding, to US-based numbers, and for the users to make calls as if locally.

Avantages

Good support, comms and help setting it up.

Inconvénients

Not that user friendly, but average. The settings are not that instinctive.

Highly recommended

Avantages

Contracting their services is very easy and not bureaucratic at all. The system does work as advertised. I highly recommend it - it helped me increase call connection rates.

Nothing so far. Everything works as advertised.

Excellent service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very professional and fast, he explained everything that I needed to know. Brenda also was very efficient.

Avantages

It's very effective, easy to use and
to see the texte.

Inconvénients

That we cannot receive TXT messages from a computer generated codes.

Good support

Avantages

Easy to get a virtual number running and start using it straighforward

Inconvénients

Unfortunately it doesn't support PH country that would be very interesting for our current needs

Great

Avantages

Their IVR tool is very easy to use and the tech support team has been very helpful. Everything just works, I set it up, forget it, and now my incoming calls are properly distributed based on input from callers.

Inconvénients

I don’t have anything negative to say about this.
