Good Call Center Solution for Mid-Size Organizations
We have used Ring Central for a few years now and feel confident to recommended it. The features are easy to use and understand.
The pricing is fair.
Ring Central has a vast variety of features which I think will work for most Mid Size Organizations.They have a phone app which can be downloaded and used. We did not actually need phone lines for every rep because of its technology (I keep forgetting that name) . With this you no longer need a traditional phone. The working hours can be adjusted with the tool. You can create rules for call handling based on any business need

Easy to use
Avantages
I like the user friendly buttons and tools. Re-sending or forwarding a fax is very easy. The small window keeps it convenient to access on my cluttered workstation.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a reason or code for why a fax didn't go though. Even an old style fax would give you a code; whether it be busy or could not connect. Also, the cover pages should be easier to edit.

Fast and efficient
These guys were calling me just about the time I click the mouse. Almost creepy, but in this post Harambe world you can't let one minute waste. I hope you too will take the time to reflect upon the loss of poor Harambe and also try this site.
Avantages
It works, and that is not to be overlooked. Like Hamabe.
Inconvénients
I cannot figure out how to remove PC's that are licensed to use softphone. Also, well you know.

Ring Central is an amazing to contact friends & family!
Amazing software, 100% recommended.
Avantages
Ring Central is a great way to talk to friends and family in the US, I also it for worf though and it aleays worked great when I had to make and receive calls from clients.
Inconvénients
There is not a bad thing that I can remember from this Ring Central. I had a great experience using it for 2 months.

A good software solution for teams and individuals who require more than just a physical phone
Avantages
Really helps keep track of calls, voicemails, and such with a computer-based user interface.
Inconvénients
Sometimes a delay from when your phone is dialed to when the info pops up on your computer. Also, frequent notices about the software needing updates which are hard to ignore or cancel out of.

Forget the old school fax machine!
The ease of use has made the experience top notch.
Avantages
I love how easy it is to send and receive faxes. On our old machine, half the time faxes wouldn't send or we never received them. With RingCentral, we know we will never miss a fax again.
Inconvénients
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it.

what i like the most about this software is that it is an alternative in receiving files especially when my other means are unavailable

I like the thing that informs you when you had a missed call, as well as the number and a message, if there is one.
Inconvénients
Very often we get an email about the missed call, but the phone didn't even ring. I don't understand how is that possible and who's problem is that.

I like the ease of the notifications. It makes it almost impossible to miss a call.
Inconvénients
I think the system has a lot going on. There are a lot of buttons and areas to log in to. It will definitely take some getting used to.

Works when it works.
Worth trying and user friendly
Avantages
I like most how this software is very close to zoom , so not hard to navigate and use. I enjoy how it asking name before entering meeting so you could change it for different purposes or multiple users.
Inconvénients
It sometimes lags and has delayed start.

we recently switched to ring central and have been very impressed with the functions and ease of use for all staff
Inconvénients
there is a lot of extra things we don't necessarily need to run our private practice so it can be overwhelming for staff wanting to learn it all.

way too many issues

I liked that it logged all team members texts and still allowed separate phone numbers for each person.
Inconvénients
There were technical issues every time we turned around. Either the site was down or the calls were just not coming through and showing up as missed.

Good Experience
We are able to continue our weekly discussions through using this app.
Avantages
Required through my company to stay in contact with our colleagues during the pandemic. Voices and video come in clear and super easy to join in.
Inconvénients
I dont have anything negative to say about this app. When using a phone however you only get to see up to 4 people. When using a computer you can see everyone who is participating.

Good Tool which more or less does the job
We have used the tool for over 3+ years. It is generally fairly stable, though we did experience issues when we expanded into different geographical areas. We did have issues with them and eventually everything did get sorted out. They have some good features which are impressive. The dialer is easy to use and operate. We were also able to use their IP phones which were pretty smooth.

RingCentral is pretty straight forward and easy to use voip phone system
Avantages
The features are easy to use, they are easy to customize and you can do a lot of changes remotely and through mobile app which is definitely a plus.
Inconvénients
Ringcentral is quite pricey. There are limited phones as well and support is quite hard to reach and can be difficult addressing and resolving an issue.

Great video conferencing
Overall i would recommend this software! It makes having meetings a breeze!
Avantages
I have really enjoyed using ring central it is very user friendly. Our organization has never had any problems with any of our calls. It makes it easy for multiple participants to join in. Easy to set up meetings. This is an essential tool for your organization or company.
