Finally a great web-based project management tool!

TeamGantt is really easy to use. It focuses on the basic project management functions, but is powerful enough to have task dependencies, baselines, % completion, resource assignments and % busy on each task.

TeamGantt includes an awesome team collaboration facility, where team members can comment on tasks, and create task related email trains that are accessible right from inside TeamGantt.

The tool keeps improving too. I can't wait for them to add critical path indicators on the tasks.

The best thing about this is the price. Every engineering and design company should be using this!

Used TeamGantt for 18mos. I manage three global projects directly, and oversee about 8 others.

TeamGantt supports work-task breakdown, task assignment, intra-team communication as well as reporting to stakeholders. It is easy to use, easy to share, and constantly evolving for the better. Managing access is very simple. I can change one aspect of a task with a click or I can open a single page and find all task entry on that one page. I can display my workers at the foot of the page and see availability of each at a glance; making assignment easier. I get daily updates on every project, when teammates leave notes on a task, I have immediate notification (I can read the note).

TeamGantt has revolutionized our Communication Arts Dept!

We use TeamGantt, day in and day out and totally LOVE it. It has completely changed the way our department works and functions. We LOVE being able to see what jobs are current and where they are in the process, as well as having the history to look back on. The different ministries submit forms based on the work or project they need completed. Then our department admin puts all the information from those forms into TG and assigns them to the proper people within CAD. We use this internally within the department and we totally depend on it! We love TeamGantt and highly recommend it!

New age tool revolutionizing project management in City Government

Pros:
-cloud based and no need to keep sending excel charts back and forth via email (which can create versioning issues)
-super easy to use
-ability to attach relevant documentation
-notification system
-not overly complex--sometimes these kind of tools can give too many options

NO CONS!!

This tool is great for any kind of work. Working in government and having to manage 64 projects at one time meant we had to find a new way of doing things. The tool has so far proven very reliable and when it hasn't, customer service has been super responsive. Nothing bad to say.

Easy to use, from start; selected after over a month of search among several dozens of project...

Key features which attract us:
- most of editing are "on the face" of the screen, not through pull down menus etc.
- almost perfect balance between functionality and simplicity: not overloaded, yet key things are there (this was one of the critical points for us!)
- very good visual interface: easy to digest info on the screen, not tiring like many other apps

A thing which needs a fix: sometimes during editing a task it may become uneditable (not possible to insert a task bar in the Gantt) , until the page is reloaded.

Overall: highly satisfied

My Only Project Management Platform I Use

This program is so simple and easy to use, I absolutely love it.

I use it to manage my team, my projects, and most of our "in project" communication, and it works wonders.

The gantt chat and the ability to look at any project completion status and see whats good and bad is greatly valuable.

I used to work as project manager for many companies before starting my own, and I've used every software for management under the sun, and nothing quite fit the bill until I started using TeamGantt.

Now - it's all I ever recommend.

Very clear and easy to use

We've been using TeamGantt for almost a year and have rarely been disappointed.
It has helped us to improve our project management effectiveness to a great extent.
User interface is super clear and easy to use, features are continuously added, and not the least useful ones.. Customer service has always been nice and effective.
There can be some rare uncomfortable situations like when things become a bit slow when a LOT of tasks are displayed, or when session get lost while typing a comment.
But overall, we're very happy with it.

It Keeps Me Sane

As a freelance designer, I'm constantly juggling multiple clients and projects. TeamGantt is the only online software I've found that keeps me organized. It's better than a simple to-do list because it allows me to visually understand the scope of my projects. It's even shaped the way I think about my workload. Instead of focusing only on the final due date, I now analyze each step in the process and assign milestones along the way. This allows me to create more realistic timelines for my clients and for myself.

A useful, web-based tool for generating Gantt charts

Great for collaboration, regular new features

We use TeamGantt to coordinate events being run by a team of five in five different locations in the UK. TG gives us the usual features of gantt charts but with helpful extras such as a daily email digest of outstanding tasks, a comments feature to easily update one another on progress/questions.

TG customer service has been excellent throughout. Their team is responsive, listens to users, offers user seminars and requently offers new features on the software.

Hard to prevent auto extend

There is no way to clear my card information or prevent auto paying, so if you pay even once , you will pay every month. I tried to find the way to stop auto pay, but failed. So I had to put numbers of a expired card, now I don't pay, happy now.

I used it for year planning. When I printed it, printing setup was not stored, so every time changing my plans, had to repeat setup the print form.

Overall service is not bad, just have terrible paying system.

After using what seems like every project management tool ever invented, my clients and I are delighted with TeamGantt. It is very easy to use to develop project plans, assign accountability for tasks, set timelines, monitor progress and most importantly collaborate on project activities. One big bonus is the reporting tools provide a great visual snapshot of where you are and where you are going, a major deficiency in so many PM tools I have used in the past.

Seamless project management software!

The usage is very friendly and easy. You can change, slide or input projects as they come and go. Customer service is outstanding: our director accidentally deleted a projected that had many tasks assigned against it and TeamGantt went out of their way to restore the information in less than 24 hours!

I would highly recommend this to any corporation that has continuous projects that overlap one another and require periodic updates.

Brilliant for agile working and for archiving

I've used project management systems/tools for over 20 years. Trello is up there as my favourite for the following type of projects: small, agile projects (in the true sense of agile, not Agile methodology), R&D collaborations or when working with dispersed teams. It's very easy to work with, each user can decide how 'military' it needs to be to suit their own working style. It can also be used as a really effective archive.

Quick and easy tool for Project Management

I use Team Gantt to manage multiple projects. Assigning dates and resources is simple and team members can easily filter to see their tasks and update their % complete. In the beginning I found getting the levels on different groups tricky since you can't indent from the right click, but then I found inside the item there's a simple way to assign a parent task. Its actually fun adding tasks and setting out the schedule.

User Friendly and Effective

I've been really impressed with how easy this software is to use and how effective it is. The UI is superb, the flexibility of functions / views / exports and team permissions etc is really impressive. It's clearly designed by people who understand project management and actually use their own software. I expect to be a long term user of this programme to support both small and large projects within my organisation.

Flexible and fast for project planning

This program is very helpful for us to fast do project plans for our projects and keeping track of finished milestones and activities as well as comments on tasks. The best is that changes in the project plan can easily/fast be made and that team mates can log in to accept and finish tasks. The program could become more user friendly and intuitive to use, but support is easily reached if help to use is needed.

Best scheduling with collaboration software.

After testing a lot of planning tools. We finally found Teamgantt

Easy to use interface. And if you know the buttons well enough you can get really clear overviews of your projects. Hide completed tasks and viewing only 2 weeks ahead are our favorites. For us it would be great if we could attach more people to a project. So that more of our clients or freelancers can view the progress. And for the future; Teamgantt, please add as little buttons or options as you can!

Team Gantt is the perfect tool for controlling small projects. I provides basic functionality which allows team members to monitor and communicate progress very easily.

It does lack any means of tracking costs but then I'm not sure I've met many project managers who would claim to utilise the full functionality of some of the more established project tools. Certainly not on smaller projects.

Excellent - and most importantly - great to publish and look at

TeamGantt is a great product overall - to keep track of timelines and allow our team to update their status so that we can pull a nice graphical status report out at any time.

The best part about this is that in comparison to Gantt charts built by more traditional software solutions - the PDF's produced by TeamGantt look 'schmick' and are the envy of others in our board meetings!

Excellent Gantt chart

This is the easiest Gantt chart I've ever used. We use it to keep track of all our key activity lists. The email updates means no need to find email trails all over one's computer. Everything is in one central place and you can attach files.

The daily email reminders are great (and annoying as they remind you didn't do what you were suppose to do - and that's a good thing).

I really like TeamGantt

It is quick, it is live and it has a memory.

We use it for all our project, external and internal. Sometimes we use it for time planning but mostly to record all project transactions. I love the "undo" capability.

There are still more function to use, but our team members are not ready yet. Good to know that we still can evolve together with TeamGantt.

Sweet integration with Asana

Was using a separate tool for Gantt before and having to update dates in multiple locations. Not any more!

Love this Project Management Tool

Need a way to organize projects with multiple pieces and more than one person? TeamGantt is the tool to use! I love being able to track progress and create a way to communicate with my coworkers on what is happening with projects. TeamGantt helps divvy-up smaller tasks that need to get done in order to get the overall project done. Strongly recommend!

A Good Scheduling Tool

After the initial training, this is a fun software. You have the ability to create as simple or as detailed schedules as you need. It's a great way to manage your projects and timelines. The visual gantt chart was very easy for our designers to read and understand. The company is developing new features and functionality all the time.

A Must Have

We've been using TeamGantt for a couple of years and it's become indispensable for so many different activities - from using it for brainstorming ideas, scheduling on a high level right the way down to intricate day to day management or activities both internally and with clients. We love the simplicity but powerful options.

TeamGantt is awesome

Our media production team has been managing multiple projects with TeamGantt for over a year now. We absolutely rely on it's ease of use and robust features to ensure we're working on the right tasks at the right time, and of course track overall project status to help manage client expectations and product delivery.

I have been using this software for nearly a year.

I have been using this software to coordinate an international team of about 12 people.
It is extremely easy to use and I like the fact that it is cloud based.
We have had a couple of periods when it was a bit slow to use, but now it seems fine.
The customer service is excellent. Extremely quick and effective.

Good to use simple UI and efficient way to manage task deadlines.

Pros:

Cons:
1. Not able to link any Atlassian tickets here or any external bug systems link.
2. Not able to track both bug system updates and comments from teamgantt. want to have all comments here.

Saved my hours

I was spending hours to schedule the workload among my team and assign them tasks. And also it was complicated to communicate with customer/team when I manage number or projects simultaneously. When I start to use TeamGantt, my life was too easy with managing projects. Thanks a lot to the team of TeamGantt.

A great tool!!!

Easy to use, TeamGantt is the best option that I found for project management.
For my team, the main point is the possibility to share online the project schedule, inform the players about the advances and discuss specific/strategic points of projects.

Nowadays is an essential tool for me and my team.

Beautiful way to handle complex projects

I love this product! It functions smoothly (99% of the time), handles complex tasks elegantly and simply, and the interface is really beautiful. As a creative director, who's more often than not also project managing the work, I really appreciate this thoughtful integration of function and form.

Best Gantt app I've tried

Looks very clean and nice. Easy to create and kill dependencies, move multiple entries, quickly create items. Decent options for visualization and exporting. Good filtering capabilities.

The only minor con is mouse navigation I wish that it was easier to navigate the canvas with the mouse.

More organized, more professional

TeamGantt helped me organizing my projects and thanks to this easy to use product it was easier not to miss tasks. I also impressed the Management when I presented my successful finalised projects. As the title says, I became more organized and as a result of that I look more professional.

This is the cleanest and most flexible Gantt chart I've ever used. I've used TeamGantt with two organizations now and would recommend it to anyone.

Only con is the view settings are not very intuitive, so it's hard to adjust when displaying on a small screen.

Great Product!

We love TeamGantt! We are using to capture our IT Calls and Projects and find it very easy to utilize. The pros are ease of usability. Cons not many, but would like to see to ability to add multiple date instances by line item to allow for task down time.
