Professional and Inexpensive
Very good, makes like easier for myself, my customers and my staff
Avantages
Its easy to create professional forms and questionnaires and its cheap as chips. We use wufoo forms to get clients details when they purchase a product.
Inconvénients
Nothing not to like, really i cant think of a single thing not to like and im not going to just make something up, it does what it says and is easy to use and cheap, whats not to like?

Gets the job done
Our organization was in need of a form tool that would house documents on a different server than our website for security reason. Wufoo filled this need for a very reasonable price and has been our go-to for forms ever since.
Avantages
Wufoo is a very versatile tool. There are hundreds of different forms that we have needed for our university and Wufoo has been able to handle them all. I love the field options and that logic is able to be applied when needed. There are also a handful of other features that we haven't touched yet that I am excited to try.
Inconvénients
The biggest problem that we have had with Wufoo is the notifications. There are several instances where we have needed to send a notification to multiple users (some being variable) and we have not yet been successful.

Avantages
It's very easy to use and has PayPal integration once you subscribed. The forms are also customisable but need CSS knowledge.
Inconvénients
It is not a WYSIWYG editor so that is a bummer right there. But as I've mentioned above, if you have little knowledge of CSS then you should be able to customise the forms.

Best Form Builder!
Avantages
I believe Wufoo to be the best overall form builder on the market. It is very easy to use and take advantage of all the best features witch includes a multiute of pre-set question types as well as a conditional question asking. Really great functions for sorting all the data after as well.
Inconvénients
It could seem a little pricy if you are just wanting to build basic forms. There are other free products out there, but if you want to go more advanced, then this product for the price is very fair.

Wufoo helps us with streamlining our application process, you can filter what you're viewing down to only the answers to questions from the form which is super helpful.
Avantages
I appreciate that Wufoo lets you customize the url you send out. For example, when we send out links to job applications it's easy to make sure we're sending the right links to the right people.
Inconvénients
I feel like sometimes building a survey or form feels clunky and not super intuitive. It also is a bummer that you can run out of space to add more questions.

Creating forms is super easy. The power features included are easy to configure and make any simple form more powerful.
Inconvénients
While the Wufoo team is super helpful, they're super slow to release new functionality and improvements. Their pricing is a bit higher than competitors and styling forms can be a bit tricky.

Avantages
Wufoo creates an incredible system to build great forms with a lot of functionality. The ability to download the form as HTML is very helpful and I use it a lot!
Inconvénients
Deleting a field is ridiculously complicated. I should not have to type "DELETE ME" to delete a field.

Avantages
Wufoo offers immediate and seamless edits to their forms. Whenever a client has a request for an edit or change to a form, the form edits go live within seconds or less after clicking save. The forms also are highly customizable so you are able to match the design to its destination's.
Inconvénients
Although they recently added logic branching, the new feature seems as if it is still in beta. The feature takes you away from the initial form setup into a new window which makes it a bit difficult to get a good overview.

Overall love it and was so happy when it was introduced to me, use it for registration, documentation gathering, and coordination.
Avantages
Working with a student interface and having to coordinate all levels of a competitive event, WuFoo allows for all items of the event to be in one place. The functionality of this data dashboard is exactly what is needed when you need several levels and several requirements of an event. Having payment function, document uploading, and forms it really is a one stop shop.
Inconvénients
Some of the customization isn't the easiest, and the text and fields can be a little generic, so the options are sometimes either too many instructions or clunky side comments, so its not always the prettiest.

Great Survey Software!
I've been using Wufoo for over 4 years to create online registration forms for events held at my workplace.
Avantages
This program is very easy to use. The options are very straightforward. It's very easy to change/update existing forms, rather then having to create new ones, like other software.
Inconvénients
I really haven't been able to find anythings negative about WuFoo.

Great tool to collect basic form information.
I have gained more visibility and organization into data that needs to be collected for various reasons and across different departments within our organization. It has helped us to be more organized and centralized important data.
Avantages
I like that it is easy to create forms and use them across different platforms and websites. The tool also has some nice integrations that make sharing the data between Wufoo and others much easier than looking in the system itself.

Avantages
Wufoo is a responsive company that listens to it's customers. The wufoo product has only gotten better and better, and is easy to use, infinitely customizable, and integrates with almost anything.

Avantages
Wufoo provides tons of functionality in the forms themselves. They have any field available that you will ever need. It's also easy to add & remove fields, and drag them around to personalize your form. Wufoo's reports feature also is a very useful feature for sharing the results of the forms.
Inconvénients
For a form creation software, they have a bad site navigation. It's always difficult to get to where you want to go on the site, unless you hit the "back" button in your browser. I wish there was an easy way to get to the different pieces of the form info from whichever piece you are editing, instead of having to go back to the main homepage.

Review of Wufoo
Avantages
We like to use it to create forms that collect payment. We have found this software to be one of the easiest to use for that specific purpose. It is easy to create the form and connect a payment collection method to the form like Stripe. It's also great that you can link payment to a specific item on the form as well.
Inconvénients
It can be a little awkward to use sometimes as you cannot highlight or bold any words in the description fields, there isn't a specific field that you can add just for general information that you might want in the form, and the various methods like drop down menu, radio button, etc might not match with your needs.

Great for smaller projects
Wufoo was a great way to move our event registration from paper to online back in 2007. We went from an average of 50 to 150 participants and happily used Wufoo for 11 years.
Avantages
Easy to use with no programming experience, very customizeable, and great value for the money, with several levels of service depending on your usage. I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration. . . The tone of all the samples and templates is lighthearted, so it feels fun to get work done.
Inconvénients
Ultimately, I switched to something more robust when our need grew, but it was great for over 11 years.

We use Wufoo to process online registrations for many of our events. Having an online presence to register for events give credibility and accessibility to our organization throughout the week, even when our doors aren't open. I love the the process of customizing confirmation emails - it's crisp, professional and furthers our organizational goals.

I love how Wufoo is so customizable - it's not just a standard form that is filled out online. You're able to communicate your organizational culture through the adaptability and customizable nature of the form.
Inconvénients
I don't have a negative comment about Wufoo - it's been a lifesaver for our organization for processing online registrations.

Avantages
Setup and use were extremely easy! Customization of the form and conditional logic was very easy and user-friendly.
Inconvénients
Interaction of the forms is very limited in it's native form. There are other apps that will help tie the output of Wufoo to other software and apps, but they are not supported by Wufoo so you will have to chase customer service between the two companies.

Cost Effective & Easy Way to Create Forms on the Fly
Overall, Wufoo is a great deal for the price. There's a lot of features in the free and low-tier options which is great because it can grow as you grow. It's easy to distribute links to others and I love the nicely formatted response/reply emails I get as well.
Avantages
Ease of use. Lots of question types and formats to choose from. Pretty easy for a beginner to get this set up and working in less than an hour. It might not have all the bells and whistles of similar products, but it's great for just getting the information you need quickly and easily.
Inconvénients
Support used to be outstanding, however now it's not available from what I can tell.
They are not very generous with their free version. I would recommend it to more people if not for this.
The interface can be slow to respond and update.

An inexpensive easy way to gather informtaion
Avantages
This tool gets the job done. I like how easy it is to create new forms, to manage users and categories. There are several options available when creating forms. The forms can be shared by a link or be embedded directly into another website, which makes gathering data very convenient. I also like the notifications that are available when a form has been submitted.
Inconvénients
The reporting isn't as intuitive as I would like it to be. For best results, have your data get pushed into a Google Sheet or other platform where it can be viewed and analyzed in a better format.

Contact forms for non-technical people.
This program will suit the needs for some people but if you like nice designs you'll want to look further or learn how to use code your own or how to use CSS. Integrations are a plus and easily work with different CRM systems.
Avantages
It's easily integratable with different CMS systems. I recommend you only use this if you don't know how to code your own contact forms. You can easily integrate webhooks and this is one of the most important features of Wufoo in my opininon.
Inconvénients
Their design is kinda old looking and makes me think more of early 2000s websites contact forms. There are options to do your own CSS but nice forms should be standard. Especially cause they are focused on non technical people.

Solid Survey Tool
While the app itself is fairly easy to use with quite handy features and connectivity, and the customer service is reliable and timely, we noted there are competitors that could offer similar or better value.
Avantages
Relatively easy to use, with a simple layout that takes minutes to understand. Simple Integration with email apps is very helpful.

We used it mainly to give our non-technical team a way to build online forms and embed them on our site so that we could quickly collect email lists and resumés.
Avantages
I like that it provides an easy way to build forms that can be published and integrated with other software easily. It provided ways to expose forms in order to help us gather data quickly.
Inconvénients
For more complex functionality, it can be a bit difficult to setup for an experienced developer. Spam management, could be improved as well.

It was easy to maintain and edit forms that had a lot of customization options. The forms worked very well for the end user.

The drag and drop features made it easy to turn out forms efficiently. It also made the process of creating forms fast.
Inconvénients
The subscription price. I don’t mind paying for an app, but a smaller price point would make it more attractive to occasional users.

I love using Wufoo. It's the easiest and most convenient software I currently use on a weekly basis. I update surveys every week and it is a breeze! So many features and SO user friendly. Thank you Wufoo!

Inconvénients
I honestly have no complaints. It is so easy to use. Maybe one suggestion would be to update the login and overall look of the website, it might be a little dated in appearance.

This software I used for years as a youth pastor. It was a fast and easy way for kids to sign up for church camp.
Inconvénients
The difficult part I came into contact with wufoo is that kids could sign up or fill out our survey twice, if there is a way to undo that, we would love it.

Easy to Use Form Builder
Avantages
Wufoo is form building made easy! I was introduced to Wufoo in college in one of my research marketing classes. It was easy then and still is now. Creating forms can be a dreadful practice if you don't use Wufoo. They make it easy to create, share, and manage survey templates.
Inconvénients
I have no complaints using Wufoo. I would highly recommend it!

It does the job. But the user interface is outdated, there is no WYSIWYG and it is not an easy product for an end-user.

Versatility. You can create variety of forms with it. Also, integration points and API. Also, enterprise grade security setup.

An end-user oriented product should not require coding - Wufoo does. Even simple things such as creating a form using multiple columns requires coding.

Wufoo is great, it does take some additional time to get use to running the necessary reports to retrieve the data but once you get use to it, is a breeze!

I use Wufoo for every survery in the office! As a nonprofit we are always seeking additional help! It is great for soliciting volunteers to work in the office. It's manageable, and easy to use.

Great Form Builder
This allows me to add surveys and forms to my website so that I can get more in touch with my customers.
Avantages
I like the fact that I don't have to know HTML language to use this form builder. All I have to know is what category I want on the form. I can find it in Wufoo and add it.
Inconvénients
I hate the high price of the monthly fee. I think there should be a category for occasional users, as well.

A toddler could probably use Wufoo, the drag and drop interface is super user friendly and simple for creating forms. You can also use the templates they have available. There's also plenty of integrations, ex. with Zapier, which makes Wufoo really powerful and conducive to automating workflows (i.e. time savings).
Inconvénients
Although the form UIs are easy to configure, they look somewhat basic and boxy, so if you somehow need forms that look slick, Wufoo might not be best. Also the functionality to create conditional form routing is a bit hard to discover.

Easy event registration and surveys
Overall, wufoo is very easy to use and helpful for obtaining information from many people. It has a great reporting feature and allows for customizable questions. I would suggest this to anyone looking to create an online form or registration.
Avantages
This product allowed me to create an event registration to send to participants all over the country. Each question is customizable. The reporting function is very useful as well. The capability to have multiple logins makes this a great collaboration tool as well.
Inconvénients
The free version of wufoo is very limiting. It would be nice if the amount of questions available on the free version were increased.

Avantages
1) Easy form set up with lots of flexible options
2) Easy report outputs
3) Clients have never had any tech problems completing forms
4) Easy to add our company's own branding and to create several templates within Wufoo that can be added or swapped between each form.
5) Easy to search completed forms and print out individual completed forms from wufoo.
Inconvénients
very minor issue: you can do additional text formatting in your form if you know basic css, but it would be nice to have a built in wysiwyg editor.

Get's the job done, but needs some updating.
Avantages
Decent price point for the features you get. The form customization is relatively easy to use as well.
Inconvénients
The UI has the look of a 10 year old form, so that could definitely use some upgrading... Especially the payment section. It definitely is too hard to use for most people.
