What I like the most about Tremendous are the different types of rewards and giftcards you can choose on the site.

What I like the least about Tremendous is sometimes popular cards are no longer available from big names and brands

I like that variety of gift card options available through Tremendous, and love that Tremendous provides a report directly to our company for tax purposes.

I can't think of anything based on how we use Tremendous.

Avantages

Tremendous makes issuing rewards to consumers a breeze! Being able to fully control all aspects of payments; choosing the available rewards by program, customizing the fulfillment emails and sending payments to consumers makes my life so easy. The introduction of fraud flagging has also helped us to be able to confirm that consumers aren't receiving more rewards than they are entitled and saving clients from overspend.

Inconvénients

The only con that I've encountered is finding a solution that our finance team approves of to receive funds back for fraud blocked transactions.

Easy to reward employees and vendors and survey takers

Very difficult to track the refunds that do occurs. Sutton bank is not responsive

Tremendous was very easy to set up, easy to train the team on using, and is highly valuable for our team.

Inconvénients

There was a bit of an issue when setting up our account as every contract has its own bank account number. It delayed our deployment by a couple of days, but we were able to resolve this through the support service.

Avantages

The ease of sending out rewards and egift cards makes Tremendous worth it's price in gold. Easily sent, easily verified, easily tracked. And the customer service is the best. I receive help and guidance in a timely manner and they have always been clear and concise and extremely helpful.

Inconvénients

The only drawback sometimes is that a rewards email to the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam. But that problem is easily fixed with proper titling of the reward or a pre-email letting the recipient know it's on the way.

I work with an academic research team that often does focus groups, interviews, and surveys, for which we compensate respondents for their time and assistance. Tremendous' platform makes distributing rewards pretty effortless and quick, and the instructions and templates provided are straightforward.

The available customization of the language and graphics that accompany each type of award I send is so user-friendly and convenient, and I can save each template I make so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time I want to distribute the same category of award in the future. Tremendous allows direct uploads of CSV files which makes compiling lists of multiple recipients very easy. Additionally, their multiple options for payment/funding make it simple for me to work with my accounting team.

Avantages

It's so easy to get everyone on the platform, the API is really intuitive and easy to use. Navigating the dashboard is a breeze. In addition, the options and choices for rewards is the largest I've seen, and our employees are really pleased with it.

Inconvénients

None to say. Tremendous has helped restore company culture and morale!

Avantages

It is very easy to use and distribute gift cards globally. It covers almost every employee we have tried to send a gift to. It is quick, easy, and allows us to customize the product. Additionally, it's great that they can choose what reward works best for them!

Inconvénients

I don't love that we can't put an end date on the reward so if they don't claim it within a certain time period, we get the money back. Once the card is issued there is no way to see if it has been redeemed.

Avantages

We like the variety of options for our testers. We also like that there is international coverage and we don’t need to worry about where people are located to get their reward.

Inconvénients

The US has more gift card options than other countries, but at least Amazon is available for almost anywhere else which people like.
