Tremendous is easy to use and has many options to choose from.

I have not experienced any cons from using Tremendous.

Avantages

The customization of templates and fields for tracking. International gift cards is also an important factor. I send thousands of rewards a year and Tremendous is a great asset to save me time and organize all payments easily.

Inconvénients

The only thing I wish was to be able to have more international gift card options, but I know that list is expanding all the time. I also would appreciate being able to pay in Venmo and PayPal without the fee, but I know this is relatively standard across platforms.

Avantages

Our lab has recently adopted Tremendous to pay our research participants. It makes the process seamless and transparent, and speeds up both our in-lab sessions and post-session reporting dramatically. The fact that it does not require account set-up for recipients and that the only data we hold on them is their email addresses also made this an easy sell from a data protection standpoint.

Inconvénients

It would be nice if the account structure were more flexible. Ideally, for our organization, Finance would hold a "parent" account, and all of the spending across campaigns, teams, etc. would be centralized there. This is by no means a deal-breaker and may be specific to our use case.

Avantages

What I like most about Tremendous is that it is incredibly easy to use and meets my needs to pay out honorariums to research participants. I have never run into trouble while using Tremendous. I can easily do what I intend to do using this platform without running into constant errors. These days, it's hard to find a platform that easily performs it's function and saves time - but Tremendous is one such platform.

In my honest opinion, there is nothing I don't like about Tremendous.

Avantages

Tremendous handles all of our incentive payments in one place.
It's APIs and branded templates make it simple to use and easy to set up.

Inconvénients

Occasionally, foreign exchange payments for Gift Cards can become a bit wonky.

Avantages

Replacing our finance lead incentive program has relieved the burden on them, and enabled us to incentivize our participants quickly and painlessly including Globally.

Inconvénients

Figuring out foreign currency was initially a challenge for my team but ultimately was solved with help from the the Tremendous team.

Avantages

The easy of use and the ability to send money in different currencies is great!

Inconvénients

The fees added on could be reduced for our use, however is comparable to competitors.

I'm missing some functionalities such as filtering unredeemed rewards and resending gift cards in a batch. Also, a small portion of the rewards doesn't get to their recipients.

Avantages

I love the ease with which I was able to offer my research participants gifts cards of their choosing through Tremendous. Setting up an account, selecting gift card choices, and sending my participants their gift cards was simple and user friendly. The interface was incredibly intuitive.

I haven't had any issues with Tremendous so far.

The range of countries/markets where Tremendous operates. The range of redemption offers for participants. Easy of use.

It would be great to have even more markets and options. I would be niceto have integration with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets)

Avantages

The payments are seamless, user-friendly and I like the fact that I can view payment history and numerous other details.

There have been times when I was not sure how to use certain features and it wasn't readily apparent.
