Wayleadr is the Way to Park
Avantages
It is super easy to use and I like how I can release my parking spot when I no longer need it and I get a nice notification that someone was able to use it.
Inconvénients
The delay when you select the wrong gate is a bit long. However, I won't be making that same mistake twice.

Wayleadr: A Game-Changer in Parking Management
It’s a 10/10 experience for me.
Not a single complaint.
Avantages
Wayleadr is incredibly easy to use, and their professionalism and empathy truly stand out. With only 58 parking spaces at our office, they’ve managed to allocate spaces efficiently for staff. I was especially impressed by their responsiveness: when one of my parking requests wasn’t initially successful, I received an update within just 2 hours informing me they had secured a space. That level of dedication and follow-through was remarkable, ensuring that even unsuccessful applications remain active for reconsideration. Kudos to the amazing Wayleadr team!
Inconvénients
Nothing negative. With only 58 spaces available for hundreds of staff, this is beyond their control.

Seamless experience booking parking
Wayleadr solves parking spot assignment for our growing company. My understanding is that it factors in things like distance to the office in order to prioritize who gets a spot each week, which is really beneficial for me because my commute is longer than most.
Avantages
Wayleadr makes it easy for me to book parking at my office every week. I get a proactive push notification each Friday reminding me to book spots for the following week, and everything seems to work seamlessly.
Inconvénients
Nothing comes to mind - thus far I have had a great experience with Wayleadr

Fair parking with a few suggestions
Great for parking. Really able to help with planning of what days I can be in office.
Avantages
Finally a fair system for parking. I like that it provides live parking status and a way to guarantee the correct sized spot for those with larger cars.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it is critical to drive in and there needs to be a way of guaranteeing a parking spot. Also some way to guarantee a parking spot on a certain days. For example I need parking Tuesdays when I have to pick up my daughter. Maybe someway to weight a certain day of the week for individuals?

Avantages
App is easy to use and straightforward.
- Easy to book parking on the Friday before the upcoming week for the whole week.
- It's great that now you can select which location you want parking.
Inconvénients
Due to limits in my company's parking capacity, I'd love for Wayleadr to allow people to release their existing booking and book in another location for the current day with one operation.
Right now, I have to check if anything's available, then release my current booking, hope that nobody else snatched that available spot, and book it. If I could just check for availability and then book which would result in my other booking being released automatically, that would be really great!

The Wayleadr team is next level. You can be concern free when making this investment.
Avantages
The customer service is next level. I weigh the value of their service equally to the value of the tool.
Inconvénients
The algorithm works fantastic for staff who don't have a preference on parking space, there is a preference feature that can accommodate these people, however, if it were an option to be able to hand select the stall you wanted, that would be a great option!

5-Star experience with no issues. Each time I need to book a space, I log in simply and type in my details. some boxes have drop down menus so it's even more easy to use with ease.

Day to Day User
My experience to date has been extremely good, I have had no reason to contact customer support, I have never had issues securing a parking space and I was feel my vehicle is in a safe space.
Avantages
Ease of use and flexibility, the application is on my phone and I can have parking confirmed in a matter of minutes.

All-in-one app to manage parking space efficiently
Avantages
In our case Wayleadr helps to manage different kinds of parking space that includes special parking lots with electrical chargers that can only be booked for 4 hours. With Wayleadr it is possible to see if there are free slots over the day, even for shorter periods. Due to individual preferences there are available slots between two bookings that wayleadr helps to find and book in an intuitive way.
I like as well the feature to get notified when a user has been able to make use of a slot that I have released because a last minute change of plans.
Inconvénients
So far nothing identified. The process of opening the gate could be a bit easier (only one big button to click when the arrival window is open).

An easy to use fair car park management solution
Good - clear and easy to use and a fair way of allocating spaces.
Avantages
Easy to use and set up, I am able to request a space. My company has a couple of carparks and while I normally request a space in one car park, it will reallocate me to the other if there is not a space available (as it does have a limited number of spaces).
Inconvénients
I think there could be improvement by allowing specific timeslots as well as days (though that might just be the way it has been configured)

Really good, simple to use and haven't had any issues so far.

Really simple and easy to use. When you need to book a last minute spot you get notified immediately.

Allocation of spaces is based on use rather than when spaces were requested or how many are free.

I have found it helpful - a valuable job-efficiency virtual assistant that makes my working life eaiser.
Avantages
App is user friendly. Could improve but its not complicated to move around the app.
Inconvénients
The nudge button didnt do the job I requested when I used it. I think this requires some fixing or some guide to know if its nudging the actual user on their desk or via their phone.

Makes parking easy!
Wayleadr has been so great to use for booking parking spaces at work. It's simple and easy to use, the interface is user-friendly and the nudge function is helpful when needed. It's pretty straightforward! Would definitely recommend to other businesses looking for a similar product/service.

Very very positive I’m okay with missing a park because it at least seems fair

The booking system is really easy, I know when I’ve got a park and when I don’t I also like that the algorithm punishes those not releasing parks
Inconvénients
It doesn’t notify you if there is a free spot on a day you didn’t get immediately or auto alllocate if it becomes free

Avantages
With Wayleader, it is easy to use and helps me plan my week on when I can or can not work from home.
Inconvénients
There are no real disadvantages to using Way Leader. However, I may need a notification that I have not booked a slot, as I keep forgetting.
