A Great Organised Parking Tool!
It is a brilliant tool and a great easy and efficient way to manage office parking
Avantages
Wayleader is great to ensure the parking remains organised in the office. It is great for when customers come on site and also for when international overseas offices are coming to visit.
Inconvénients
It would be great if you could book several months in advance if you know you will be in the office every week.

Great platform with responsive support
We've used Wayleadr for several years now and it has saved lots of admin time in managing parking. Overall its been a good experience.
Avantages
The fast response time for support if there is a problem - both the chatbot and the staff are helpful.
The platform is also easy to use.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the configuration of spaces and zones can be tricky to set up, and it isn't always immediately obvious how to undertake some basic functions but the support is always on hand to help you

Convenient and easy
I love it! It's super helpful because I always have my phone with me, so if I forget my key card, I always have a backup.
Avantages
I appreciate how easy it is to use and that I can use it from anywhere that I have service or internet.
Inconvénients
Like all things technology, it can be unreliable at times due to service and/or internet availability.

Great app!
Avantages
Super easy to use the app & book in advance of office visits. Also great 'nudge' functionality when people take your spot.
Inconvénients
It would be good to get push notifications on the day I have bookings to remind me I have a space and which one it is. Sometimes I book ahead of time then don't end up needing it but forget it's booked and get charged for the spot.

Wayleadr: A Game-Changer in Parking Management
It’s a 10/10 experience for me.
Not a single complaint.
Avantages
Wayleadr is incredibly easy to use, and their professionalism and empathy truly stand out. With only 58 parking spaces at our office, they’ve managed to allocate spaces efficiently for staff. I was especially impressed by their responsiveness: when one of my parking requests wasn’t initially successful, I received an update within just 2 hours informing me they had secured a space. That level of dedication and follow-through was remarkable, ensuring that even unsuccessful applications remain active for reconsideration. Kudos to the amazing Wayleadr team!
Inconvénients
Nothing negative. With only 58 spaces available for hundreds of staff, this is beyond their control.

Excellent service.
Very good experience. Never had an issue.. they are very fair.. Customer service is excellent and friendly. They do there outmost to accomodate any concerns you may have.

Avantages

Booking through Wayleardr
I use Wayleadr to book parking place. I can connect from my professional PC but also from my personal phone.
The interface is very clear:
- My car is already registered.
- I just have to select the date and validate : it takes less than 5 minutes to do the booking.
- The status of my request appears immediately in a synthetic table
Avantages
The interface is easy to use. With 2 clicks, my reservation is done in less than 5 minutes.
Inconvénients
I use Wayleadr to book parking place.
- e-mail reminder to book parking place are not necessary
- It is necessary to go back to the system to have confirmation of the approval of the request. It will be easier to receive an e-mail message.

Since using Wayleadr, I feel confident with the bookings and the stress of daily request has been waved away

Simple to use, reliable and great user experience.
Avantages
it's simple to use, always reliable. It's easy to book parking and then cancel if needed.
Inconvénients
Nothing really. I would like it if my requests updated more quickly but I think that's an internal issue, not the app.

An easy to use fair car park management solution
Good - clear and easy to use and a fair way of allocating spaces.
Avantages
Easy to use and set up, I am able to request a space. My company has a couple of carparks and while I normally request a space in one car park, it will reallocate me to the other if there is not a space available (as it does have a limited number of spaces).
Inconvénients
I think there could be improvement by allowing specific timeslots as well as days (though that might just be the way it has been configured)

Easy to use and awesome
Avantages
So easy to use and great way for those who dont have a carpark to have access to one!
Inconvénients
Sometimes people forget or don't bother to release their carpark. Would be great if there was some kind of motive (aside from the reminder emails) to release their parks.

Seamless experience booking parking
Wayleadr solves parking spot assignment for our growing company. My understanding is that it factors in things like distance to the office in order to prioritize who gets a spot each week, which is really beneficial for me because my commute is longer than most.
Avantages
Wayleadr makes it easy for me to book parking at my office every week. I get a proactive push notification each Friday reminding me to book spots for the following week, and everything seems to work seamlessly.
Inconvénients
Nothing comes to mind - thus far I have had a great experience with Wayleadr

Best App for Parking Management
Excellent app for parking optimization. Very easy to use and very reliable. No shutdowns and it´s always ready to work. Since we use never have been any issues with the parking lots.

Day to Day User
My experience to date has been extremely good, I have had no reason to contact customer support, I have never had issues securing a parking space and I was feel my vehicle is in a safe space.
Avantages
Ease of use and flexibility, the application is on my phone and I can have parking confirmed in a matter of minutes.

My experience with Wayleadr to date has been very positive with no cons identified

The UI is very clean, it streamlines easy booking of spots, allows you to easily flag issues with parking and most of all provides a single, simple pane of glass to do everything I need in parking

Great App for Booking Work Parking
Wayleadr has streamlined the overall booking process and ease of use of our companies carpark. Bookings can be made 2 weeks in advance or on the morning of a booking which is great flexibility.

Wayleadr Polaris House
It's been brilliant. I have managed to get parking almost all the time
Avantages
The App and the website are very easy to navigate, very intuitive. The messaging via mobile phone notification is also very good. The notification that parking is not available is also very quick so I can always make other arrangements in good time.
Inconvénients
No complaints! As long as you book in good time, you are usually guaranteed a space.
