Avantages
Very well marketed. Easy to log in candidate information and search features are easy to learn. It's a very user-friendly tool in the recruiting process.
Inconvénients
When modifying a interview schedule, I wish the tool would automatically update the schedule when I make a change to one person on The List.

With this software, it helps a lot among recruiting agencies. I like their customer relationship management, it is easy to use, well organized and easy to track all client status update.
Inconvénients
In able to perform this app, you need a better internet connection because it is a cloud-based software. But nothing much to have negative side.

Jobvite needs Improvements
As a scheduler, Jobvite is a breeze but some glitches have been apparent. The mobile app is also difficult to navigate. Your customer service has been great though!

Great so far!
Avantages
its tracking method and workflows! I like that other users can be tracked in the workflow, but don't have to log into jobvite to do so. They can approve a candidate to the next step without logging in.
Inconvénients
no complaints so far. I wish I could insert a message/email into the workflow with a candidate.

Easy to post on social media
Avantages
As an employee, we use this to get referrals. I love how it can just post to social medias very easily.
Also I like the onboarding list. Even tho we don't really follow it that much, but good to have a list to follow for new employees.
Inconvénients
Since I am not really a recruiter, I don't really use it daily. From the view of a regular employee, I think the site does its job well. I don't have much to complain.

Keeping my documents organized and make it easy to tracking best candidate's progress. Easy to use and link candidate's profile.
Inconvénients
A lil bit need of tutorial and helps of other who has expert in using this, but i think if you already know it, will make it easy to manage.

The best part of Jobvite is how quick the application is for the user. These days users want to apply quickly to the job by just submitting their resume and Jobvite gets that!

I applied for jobs in Zscaler through Jobvite, and it was super easy to do so , very nice user interface and easy to implement and the best part is , I got the Job in Zscaler , even without any reference.

Streamlines Hiring
We just started using Jobvite not too long ago but I have enjoyed the product thus far. I have noticed the following since using the product:
-streamlined the hiring and application process
-easy to manage applicants and responses
-great way to see other internal position

It has made the hiring process for me more efficient.

There are some limitations to the program such as:

Really good experience
I was referring a collegue to a job at my company and it worked fine and I could see the status on how far he was in the processs

it is nice to have a database to track recruiting activity! Not sure if it is just the instance my company uses, but it seems more difficult to use than necessary. Most of the time it easy to understand where candidates are in the hiring/interview process.
