I really like how Deskbird simplifies hybrid work! The way it allows teams to easily book desks, manage office space, and see who’s in the office feels so intuitive. It’s like they took all the little pain points of flexible work environments and turned them into seamless solutions.
Inconvénients
Honestly, the one thing I found a bit frustrating with Deskbird is that it can feel a bit limited when trying to customize settings for larger, more complex teams or offices. It’s super smooth for smaller setups, but scaling up sometimes highlights those gaps. Also, while the interface is clean, there are moments where you wish for a bit more flexibility or advanced options for power users

Making Hybrid Work Easier
while there is space to improve advance booking and mobile experience the overall experience is really good for large, specially in Hybrid work envorionement where some people are working from home sometimes and sometimes from office
Avantages
It is a nice app with clean and intuitive interface and makes it easy to avoid the chaos and mixup if you large teams working on a floor and have limited number of meeting rooms and integration with teams and outlook is a big plus.
Inconvénients
There mobile app is not that good yet, features like to book a room in advance for recurring meetings is not there , you have to book it manually everytime.

Cost a lot of money but effective in mangaing my work schedule and meetings
Quick and easy to use. It allowed my team and I to be well organized and stay focused on work.
Avantages
I liked that I could organize my schedule and see any available meetings for my team and me. it was simple to contact them without another software. Also like that, I could connect it to Slack.
Inconvénients
I think the price of this software is expensive, and while my company does pay for it, it makes it difficult to use it long-term, especially since we have a low budget for software. This software also has frequent updates and crashes.

Ease of use and instant booking updates. For this I consider it a good product
Inconvénients
the cost, which inexplicably doubled in the space of two years.
It should not work for active licences (one could forget to eliminate inactive staff). I think it should work per number of average monthly accesses

easy to use
I am basically satisfied with the handling and the Outlook notification.
Avantages
Simple and intuitive operation. Everything is clearly arranged and easy to use.

I have not recognized any disadvantages for me personally.

Nützliches und anwendungsfreundliches Tool
Avantages
Deskbird eignet sich besonders gut, um den eigenen Arbeitsplatz zu reservieren und um Räume zu buchen (für Büro-Gebäude/-Flächen). Man kann auch seine Arbeitszeiten im Überblick behalten. Führungskräfte können außerdem nachvollziehen, wie hoch die Auslastung von Räumen oder Gebäuden ist, wenn sich Mitarbeitende in Büros (Präsenz) einbuchen.
So erkennen auch andere Mitarbeiter: innen wer am Standort ist und wo diese sitzen.
Inconvénients
Ich bin zufrieden mit Deskbird. Man könnte eventuell einige Funktionen in andere Programme integrieren. Über MS Outlook ist es aber zum Beispiel bereits verknüpft.

Does what is says and is easy to use
Straightforward app that works really well.
Avantages
This platform is easy to use and is mobile friendly. The app makes the process of booking desks and rooms a breeze.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it can be hard to see who's where after you have booked your desk or room. You can see who's booked to be in the office but you cannot see where they are. Sometimes having booked a desk and where you're at an early offsite meeting, it would be great to have other options to hold the booked desk as you were going to use it after 11am.

Die Einfachheit der Bedienung ist der größte Vorteil für unsere Mitarbeitenden. Der fantastische Support unserer Key Account Managerin ist essentiell gewesen für die schnelle Einführung und anschließende Betreuung.
Inconvénients
Das Set an Features ist über die Buchung von Arbeitsplätzen hinaus sehr limitiert. Uns würden konfigurierbare Rollenprofile helfen, um verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern unterschiedliche Bereiche des Admin-Centers zur Verfügung zu stellen und eine kleine Workflow Engine, um Arbeitsprozesse nach der Buchung von Besprechungsräumen auslösen zu können. Aktuell kann deskbird nicht das zentrale Tool für die interne Bewirtung/den internen Service werden.

Cooles und einfaches Platzbuchungstool
Super - sehr tolles Tool und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Support ist auch immer sehr freundlich und schnell.
Avantages
Man kann seinen eigenen Platz ganz einfach und schnell buchen.
Wenn man einen freien Platz oder Parkplatz sucht, zeigt es direkt den nächst-besten Platz an. Das Design ist schlicht aber übersichtlich. Das Tool ist sehr selbsterklärend.
Inconvénients
Keine Programmierung im Hintergrund möglich für Mitarbeitende, die Teilzeit arbeiten.
Ausserdem finde ich persönlich den "Speichern"-Knopf im Admin-Teil etwas schlecht platziert. So passiert es mir oft, dass ich das Speichern vergesse und wieder von Neuem beginnen muss.

Every need was fulfilled with a feature. The follow up [sensitive content hidden] did on us, her professionalism and the way she make everything clear. [sensitive content hidden] too over right after signing and he seems pretty helpful too, we have just started..

I guess is not about deskbird itself, but the fact that our particular case with the "bookable lunches" has not yet brought anyones attention...

My experience with Deskbird
It has been a very nice experience, because deskbird facilitates the booking of my desk without wasting time in the process. In other words, you can make your booking very efficiently.
Avantages
Deskbird is easy to use and it prevents misunderstandings between colleages when booking a desk.
Inconvénients
Ther is noithing I like the least about deskbird. It is because it works efficently and I have never experienced troubles making my bookings.

Die Karte ist ein riesen plust. Man sieht sofort wer an welchem Platz sitzt und macht das ewige suchen nach Mitarbeitern hinfällig.
Inconvénients
Man kann leider nur eine Gewisse Anzahl am Stück buchen. Das ist unseren nutzenden Mitarbeitern aufgefallen, was aber nicht weiter tragisch ist da man einfach öfter die Buchung hinterinenader ausführen kann.
