I really like how Deskbird simplifies hybrid work! The way it allows teams to easily book desks, manage office space, and see who’s in the office feels so intuitive. It’s like they took all the little pain points of flexible work environments and turned them into seamless solutions.
Inconvénients
Honestly, the one thing I found a bit frustrating with Deskbird is that it can feel a bit limited when trying to customize settings for larger, more complex teams or offices. It’s super smooth for smaller setups, but scaling up sometimes highlights those gaps. Also, while the interface is clean, there are moments where you wish for a bit more flexibility or advanced options for power users

I like this product because several programs can be associated, and you can organize your activities very easily and it is a good reminder

I can easily follow colleagues, manage my parking spots. I can associate my Teams& Outlook, helps me on my daily activities.
Inconvénients
Maybe the themes should be more actually, new skins improvement

Vor allem die Möglichkeit, meine favorisierten Schreibtische zu hinterlegen und über die Schnellbuchung zu buchen, ist toll. Außerdem kann ich immer nachschauen, wer noch alles am Standort ist, und wo die Person gerade sitzt, sollte ich etwas mit ihr auf dem kurzen Dienstweg besprechen wollen.
Inconvénients
Ich bin an vielen verschiedenen Standorten unterwegs und die größte Challenge ist dabei nicht, die Tische und Räume zu buchen, sondern diese dann auch vor Ort zu finden. Sehr oft scheitert man schon daran, dass der Eingang zum Gebäude nicht auffindbar ist, und selbst wenn, die Eingänge bzw. Bürotüren nicht offen sind. Dies ist mit Sicherheit kein Software-Problem, aber durchaus ein Problem in der Realität, das nachträglich die Experience kaputt macht, weil man die gebuchten Räume und Tische nicht nutzen kann. Hier vielleicht die Verantwortlichen mehr schulen, wie sie Möglichkeiten schaffen und kommunizieren, dass wirklich alle MAs die Tische, die sie buchen, auch nutzen können.

Great desk and schedule booking app
Great desk booking and schedule managing app, very clear overview of staff working remote or at office. Also a great app for booking meeting rooms since it synchronizes with Outlook Calender.
Avantages
The ease of use and overall clear UX and UI
Inconvénients
Some additions needed to be added by customer support in order to view our employees the presence of safety staff when booking (i.e. fire evacuators, emergency staff etc.) This set up took a bit of long time, but when done it was fully operational.

Office Booking with Ease
very efficient and organised way of booking and seeing who is in the office.
Avantages
Easy use. Clear and concise. Not too many clicks needed to record and book what you want.
Inconvénients
Email confirmations of bookings. It can be annoying to have to bin them and clogs up email feeds. I assume there is a setting option I can change to do this but have not yet had the time to explore.

Inconvénients
It should be possible to book within 30 days. Although I suppose this is an internal criterion of my company.
