Great Maintenance Software
This software has allowed my crew to be very efficient during our work hours. We track inventory, vehicle usage, maintenance problems, planned Maint. and many more. Extremely simple to use!!! I would Highly recommend this software!!

FMX is easy to use and has great customer support!
Avantages
Ease of use, uncomplicated, and user-friendly. FMX is so easy to use! Our entire church staff was able to learn the system in a week. We love the calendar based system because it allows us to keep track of all the events and maintenance activities happening in the church.
Inconvénients
No complaints. FMX listens to their customers and continually adds enhancements weekly.

Great overall piece of software
So far this has been an absolutely helpful piece of software with the perfect mix of customizability without compromising the ease of use. A lot of thought has definitely been put into the user experience.

Easy & Simplistic
Avantages
This vendor took away 3 softwares I used and allowed me to only use One! Its easy and simple with everything our company needs in one place. Also the price beat out all other softwares and programs I use to use.
Inconvénients
I have nothing bad to say! Right now I am hoping though we can edit our forms personally and create our own tabs and drop down menus.

FMX has been a great help to our facilities crew, it is our one source for assignments and duties. We had no formal management system previously, what could have been a steep learning curve was easy?

Avantages
The employees are extremely supportive and prompt. They know their product extremely well and always give responses in a quick manner. The system is extremely easy to navigate and there have been no issues with functionality.
Inconvénients
There are a ton of emails once you get up and running. Luckily, it is easy to remove notification alerts if so desired.

Avantages
We are working with the vendor in getting the program up. We started using it just a few days after purchase. They have been very helpful and very quick when we have had a question.
Inconvénients
I do not have any problems with FMX. It is different from the previous program that we were using so some of our maintenance people took some time to get started.

Extremely User Friendly!
Avantages
FMX is an easy way to track all of our facilities required annual maintenance services so we no longer receive late notices or fines! It is also very user friendly so any of my employees can use it and enter data, no matter their skill level.
Inconvénients
I wish I'd known about FMX before I wasted time and money on other, less efficient programs.

Awsome tool for facility maintenance
Avantages
This software is easy to use and our company responds very quickly to the reported maintenance requests from my school. I really like that I can upload photos in the software to help explain when words are not adequate.
Inconvénients
This product fills the needs of our school and I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Robust features that are simple to use.
Avantages
The software is intuitive, making it easy to use. FMX made the purchase, training and launch just as easy. They are very responsive to our needs.
Inconvénients
As with any software there are a few quirks but I have been told they are being resolved in upcoming versions. We really don't have any issues with our vendor.

FMX is extremely functional and easy to use. The entire FMX team has been wonderful to work with. All team members exhibit great customer service and make sure that any questions we have are addressed in a timely manner.

Avantages
The ease of use gives even the most novice computer user the ability to utilize the program. The vendor was very easy to work with and very accommodating.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the system is slow and takes a bit to respond to commands, but this is in no way a norm, just an occasional issue.

Avantages
FMX team is always there to help, work through any issues, and find the right solution. The program itself is is so user friendly, and easy to maneuver. It is not intimidating like other CMMS programs.

Avantages
Ease of use. In addition FMX support migrated our legacy system (at no added cost!) PM instructions enabling us to go live in a few weeks after releasing the PO.
Inconvénients
So far no complaints. FMX requires no follow up and meets its commitments

Great value for the money.
Avantages
Easy to use, easy to assign, and easy to manipulate service due dates. I have used many systems before in the past and had never had to build one from the ground up.

It does appear to be easy to use. The calendar system with the color coding seems to be user friendly.
Inconvénients
I'd prefer a better notification system when something is not completed on time. It may be more robust that we need.

I like the tracking and reporting of requests. I like that vendors can login and see requests that are sent to them directly.
Inconvénients
I dont like that the emails dont always display exactly what has changed with the ticket.
