Easy access and use. I was able to close out multiple work orders faster by tagging a large portion of them and making notes as went along.

I did not have any dislikes I can recall when using Yardi Voyager.

Avantages

My favourite feature of Yardi is the ability to drill down to the original transaction to see how it was coded and the associated PO and invoice, if applicable. The amount of detail that can be found with relative ease is very helpful in creating financial reports.

Inconvénients

The inventory management module is lacking and can be drastically improved. We have made it work for what we need, but I'd like to see some improvements in the module.

Avantages

It was super easy to use and there's so many things you can customize to your needs. I have switched softwares due to being at a new job, but I miss Yardi and am trying to get my current company to switch!

Inconvénients

It was hard for me to get a hold of Yardi support when I had a very difficult project to set up in the system. I think we only had one designated representative in the company who could reach out to them for assistance, not sure why. However, they have a ton of training videos and pdfs at your fingertips so that is super helpful. I also wanted to have a way to import a long journal entry into the system. We once again only had one person set up to do that in our company - not sure if that was a setting issue though.

The ease to work your way through the program. Finding the sections you want to open quickly. Ease to learn. Very simple, not a hard to use program and everything in one place. I love it.

Inconvénients

There are area's that I can not get into as they are not for my usage but they are there for the ones that need it.

Does it do what you need it to do? Yes. I suppose. At some point.

Inconvénients

This software is the most out-of-date, convoluted, redundant, and time-consuming tool I have ever been tasked with using. Very little about this interface is streamlined and simple tasks that should take 1 click, takes 10. Those clicks = TIME. Glitches regularly without warning and I often lose what I'm working on, having to start over. The overall look of Yardi looks like it was packaged in with the first roll-out of Windows 97. There are FAR better property management software systems out there (looking at you, Entrata) and anyone who says things like "I didn't have a problem" are people who likely haven't used any other program seeing how far-reaching Yardi is in the industry.

It organizes entire portfolios and sensitive information from clients on a safe, user-friendly platform.

There is a lot of loading time and buffering, some times takes long for things to open up when clicking them.

There are multiple ways to do the same thing in the program. The links are extremely easy to find on the home screen.

I dislike how much Yardi crashes. We use Yardi for everything and when we constantly have to shut it down and log back in takes a lot of time

The front end features for site level is Great easy to use.

Account end is not work follow easy. They do not a have a good drill down.

With very strong analytic ability, and can pull out different reports within different parameters.
Handle huge data set.

Inconvénients

Not really convenient.

Cannot upload Journal Entries in a bulk and have to change the file name one by one.
A lot of problems happened during posting.

I loved Yardi! Maybe it’s because I had so much experience. It’s very easy and reports are great.

The look is outdated. That didn’t bother me though because it was so easy to use.

Great UI that makes it easy to navigate through. Integrates with many companies that will assist with bill pay, utility, concierge etc.

Inconvénients

No real cons to mention. Setting up the interfaces could be a little easier but with all interfaces they take time if you want them done correctly.

What I like most about Yardi Voyager is the ability to feed in info from other sources for a streamline view of the pipeline.

Inconvénients

There are times throughout the day where the Yardi Voyager stalls when attempting to achieve simple tasks such as uploading a small document.

This product provides our company with a number of resources to minimize the use of multiple systems.

Inconvénients

Integration on some pieces can be delayed.
