My experience with Team Support
Avantages
It's very easy to use. Keeping track of outstanding issues makes it easier to see where you are and where your customer is.
Inconvénients
I cannot think of anything negative about either product or vendor.

Shareability
The best feature is the ability to share and delegate emails with just the click of a button. Work is more efficient with this tool. Adding and Ccing people on emails could be a little easier but overall teamsupport gets the job done.

For the most part the product works great. Sometimes I have issue's with thing's not saving when I submit a timesheet. I have to make sure that I copy what I have typed just incase it doesn't save. Other than that the product works fine.

A Very Average Product
There are a ton of help desk ticketing software programs available on the market and this one falls right in the middle in terms of functionality. It's slightly more cumbersome that the competition, but comes at a very reasonable price.

Team Support Keeps Getting Better
Team Support is always making positive upgrades to their system and this is great cause when I need to do something in Team Support it is usually already there.
I really like the ability to link tickets in one and the chat feature.

I really like the fexibility in which I can customize and manage y portal.
One of the great features that I really like is the way it allows you create email notifications base on certain settings of a ticket.
The one suggestion I have is to have the ability to Search for a contact by a custom field.

Their email replay system is sometimes flaky and doesn't respond within a good amount of time for password resets.

Love It!
We use Team Support for all our customer support purposes and we love it. Does everything we need it to do. Use it now for almost all of our internal communications about tickets (instead of email). Great product.

So organized!
My favorite part of the TeamSupport system is the tracking and history provided with each ticket. This helps in training new staff as well as confirming work done for a current ticket! Keep up the good work!
