I like the most about this software was nothing. I can't say I liked anything.

Wasn't for new people at all. Might need to rethink the goals.

Team Support is THE REAL DEAL.
I've been using team support for about 4 years now and really enjoy it. Its very easy to use and keep track of calls and call history which makes supporting stores extremely easy.

All the info in easy clicks.
Inconvénients
Only searching by ticket at the top of the screen. It would be good to have a link to call from the contact.

Minor issues but would make work flow better
Would be nice if you could copy a ticket. We have new user requests that go to several depts. and would be nice that we would not have to fill in all the same information.

Great for streamlining my workflow!
I love how I can assign thing to teammates for their input & help, and yet I can still keep track of it! I can track time spent on a project or with a client, too.

TeamSupport really makes collaboration with co-workers easy. I like how quick it is to learn and navigate. Water Cooler is a great tool to gather thoughts.

Very useful software to track the many incoming requests throughout the company.
I utilize teamsupport on a daily basis for managing workflow, tracking new requests, and creating reports. It's a very nice tool to have available.
