It’s been over ten years now ever since I implemented Xero.It allows me to automate over 86% of manual repetitive accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, AP and AR.

Xero pose no flaw whenever I turn to it at workstation.

Xero is very user friendly and we found it easy to implement the application into our business. The help sections are really useful too. Auto bank connection is good.

Inconvénients

We had some issues with the bank feed in the early stages of implementation but this may have been more to do with the bank rather than Xero. It soon sorted itself out

It's a great product that's easy for small businesses to use. It's smart and intuitive, and makes for a good accounting experience

Once we were setup, it is relatively simple to process salaries. There's also lots of other features you can use Xero for, although we tend to stick with the basic ones!

One aspect I liked least was the limited customizability of certain reports and templates. Although Xero offered standard financial reports and templates, customizing them to suit specific business needs or adding additional data fields required some technical knowledge or the assistance of a professional. Having more flexibility in tailoring reports and templates to individual preferences would have been beneficial for businesses with unique reporting requirements.

The prices plans are very competitively priced and the 30 day free trial is very useful. It also allows to add unlimited users and clients.

Inconvénients

On the lowest priced plan only the quotes and invoices are limited to 20 per month. Multiple currencies only available for highest subscription tier.

It automates the processes and saves time, A vividly intuitive Dashboard, displaying the date snapshot of the business when logged in. Integration with other cloud based software enhances this software

Some feature do need a big update, and a few automation processes got glitches, also customer support can be improved as well

- Some less core features are a bit "rough around the edges", with unintuitive outcomes (e.g. search, reconciliation). - It's not great for more complex organisations, and integrating statements across multiple holdings / companies is not very effective

Xero manages the whole accounting of business straight forward. Particularly automating the process of bank reconciliation is amazing time saver, it connects to banks and credit cards. Moreover, it effectively and easily integrates with other cloud based software which enhances usability of Xero.

Inconvénients

Process of bank reconciliation has been automated but the process got glitches causing bank feeds stopped and entity has to restore to importing bank statement manually which takes time and attempts more than once. Inventory management needs improvement. Customer support is not perfect comparatively. It is not user friendly for those who have little accounting knowledge.
