Modern Collaboration Platform
Overall, I really enjoyed using ActiveCollab during the trial.
Avantages
I tried it out as an active replacement for Capterra; I enjoyed how they are trying to revamp and make new strides in the front of organizational telemetry/communication. They offer a wide variety of integrations and visualizations that, frankly, Office does not. It's sort of like Trello and the traditional Office platform all in one.
Inconvénients
It was hard learning and getting up-to efficiency on everything they offer.

Excellent for managing web projects
I settled on using ActiveCollab to manage website development projects after testing numerous. On the rare occasions that I've had questions, customer support is very quick to respond.
Avantages
ActiveCollab is very easy to use and helps me manage projects, project documents and project communications all in one place. Best of all it reduces emails and the issues that arise when trying to find the latest version of a document that has been emailed multiple times. It's easy to keep selected team members updated about particular tasks and they can each determine how often they want to receive updates.
Inconvénients
I can't really think of any cons about ActiveCollab.

The ability to create and put due dates on tasks. Helps me keep on track towards successful event execution.

It can be time consuming to assign the due dates to tasks, particularly for complex events.

Amazing project management tool
Avantages
I can organize my tasks, collaborate with students, and organize dashboard the way I like. Another great feature is timer that helps me with time management for each separate task.
Inconvénients
There are some bugs in the mobile app, apart from that, everything else is positive.

Good PM software for smaller teams
Avantages
Active Collab is affordable, has the ability to set individual permissions, and does a good job at helping users learn the system
Inconvénients
One thing I don't like is it doesn't use Gantt Charts. It takes a while to get used to viewing tasks on something other than Gantt charts but it's not the end of the world.
