The lifesaver for efficient and hassle-free project management.

The truth is that I have found in this project management tool a complete and reliable solution to organize my work.

Avantages

I really like it. I found it easy to navigate the platform and find all the tools and functions I needed to manage my projects very efficiently.

Inconvénients

Well, I would like it to have more functionalities, for example having the ability to make video calls or share screen.

Great collaboration on creating documents and newsletters

Our communications team is spread out all over the world and every month we create a newsletter with stories from different countries and people. Our files include articles, photos, graphics, and aside notes for the articles, so we needed a tool that would make this collaboration easy to navigate and use. ActiveCollab was just the tool we needed.

Avantages

We have used ActiveCollab for working on a newsletter. While there are many tools that help to keep the files (like Google Drive) or tasks tracking (like Trello or JIRA), ActiveCollab proved to be convenient because it combined them all plus had notes available. It also sent out notifications if there were files that were edited or uploaded so that I always stayed on top of the news.

Inconvénients

During the time I used ActiveCollab (over a year), I haven't stumbled upon anything really that made me think "Oh, I wish this would be different." It's a well-thought-through software from the user's point of view. (I wasn't the one who set up the account, so I am not aware of anything on the admin side.)

Great value and very user friendly

Avantages

This software is very complete you have many options to see the workload, assign tasks, and collaborate with your team. I highly recommend it.

Inconvénients

I think it could improve on maybe how the notes for each project are stored

Palaciobox using ActiveCollab

Overall, there were many project that were pushed forth with the use of ActiveCollab. Would def suggest this tool for any company who needs help with organizing projects/tasks.

Avantages

What I liked about ActiveCollab is how great the tool is for project management. One can reply to comments through email notifications making it easy to communicate with the team.

Inconvénients

The software took some time to get used to. It was not easy at first but once you understand all the features, it's a great tool.

Great tool for any team management project!

Avantages

The number of features ActiveCollab has feels endless! Powerful and simple, this well designed program has taken our project management to the next level in terms of organization and collaboration. Being that ActiveCollab is cloud based, we can have access to our projects any day, time, or location.

Inconvénients

ActiveCollab is probably not a great solution for small businesses due to the higher cost. ActiveCollab also in our opinion has limited multiproject vision.

Very good online collaboration tool

Avantages

The tools is pretty simple to setup and learn. It offers a ton of different features to fit most companies' needs

Inconvénients

Collaboration is very competitive and many other companies are including them at no cost. While the cost for Active Collab is low, you may already have similar tools included with other cloud services

All round a great software

Avantages

The ability to share comments and review team projects is great. The daily reviews also very useful

Inconvénients

take a bit of time to really get used to the interface, few areas a bit tedious to understand. Took me some time to figure out certain functionalities
