The worst experience I ever had PERIOD!!
Avantages
I like the channel manager but watch out they don't tell you they take over the entire function especially for some 3rd party websites and if you want to cancel due to anything or a person cancelling you can't open a room in your inventory. When you try contacting them, you wait days and days without a response or they tell you for weeks that Software support is working on it.
Inconvénients
Customer Service period.. There is no Customer Service or Support.. NONE WHATS SO EVER.. You are on your own and if it goes down for no reason.. no one around to answer your phone calls or emails.

Totally Frustrated
Whoever transferred my RezOvation program to Evivo did a lousy job! It took a long time to go through the system and correct all the mistakes! I sent about 4 or 5 messages to Eviivo support through their contact icon and never received any response back, even though they claimed my questions would be answered promptly! Wasted toooo much time trying to fix this lousy program! When I told them I didn't want the program, I never even received a telephone call to ask me why! It just disappeared off my computer with all my reservations that were already made through RezOvation! There must be a bunch of morons working for them! Save yourself a lot of grief and find another company!

I never could get it up and running as the customer support did not exist!

The supposed customer support that they promised!

Glad to have this software
I was taking reservations from our website, Booking.com, Expedia, etc. and once I would get a booking, I would have to update all of the others so there would not be a double booking. This software took that task out and everything is updated in one place. It took some time to get it up and running, but well worth the effort.
There are features that need work, and features that could be added and/or changed to make it more useful for things other than just bookings, i.e. printing invoices, etc. But I have been working with support and they are very receptive and are always striving to improve.
I am so glad I ended up with Xotelia.
Avantages
Consolidation of booking engines and display of availability.
Inconvénients
Needs some features added, and also tweak some of the existing features. They are currently working on these issues.

Good program
Great support...good training and overall a positive experience.[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]did an awesome job training and has been there for me when I need him. .
Avantages
It seems they thought of everything. We have a 4 room B&B and the features are exactly what we were looking for. The training and support were excellent!
Inconvénients
Not a fault of Eviivo at all...but I just set everything up when Covid 19 was starting. So, we still really haven't seen the program running to its full potential but, we are confident it will do an excellent job.

Loved Xotelia until forced to change
I really liked Xotelia. Unfortunately when they were taken over by the English company Eviivo I was forced to change and accept a much higher monthly rate.
Avantages
The product was easy to use and was priced very competitively through the Canadian Bnb association. It worked seamlessly with my own website.

What else can we do
How about a refund during covid19 restrictions ? Here in Vermont we are forced to be closed and can't take any reservations.

Still Trying to Cancel Contract
Let me put it this way. Over the past week I have sent two messages on their help line, finally got a person on chat who gave me an email address, sent two emails ALL to cancel our account and NO ONE has contacted me. Today I sent a message asking if I needed to contact an attorney. We'll see.
Avantages
Ease of connection to channels, honestly, that's all
Inconvénients
Multiple steps to perform simple functions. No drag and drop capability on 'diary' (calendar or map). Incredibly difficult to make changes to rates for one reservation and creates a massive backlog of those changes on Bill which have to be unselected. Customer support is nonexistent to say the least.

OK but would like some enhancements
Avantages
It's pretty easy to use and I like the view of the occupancy summary. Customer support has always been easy to work with.
Inconvénients
Lack of user controls and audit reporting. It is too easy to mistakenly move a reservation and there is no audit trail to see that it is done. Also I'd like to restrict deleting a reservation all together so it can only be cancelled but it's all or nothing. I'd like to give other users the ability to record payments but not book a reservation.

Don't buy their services, they don't offer support straight away, they will ask you to go FQA
I have paid for Xotelia's services and every time I email them they ask me to go to FQA. If you want to have their support, I mean someone talking to you explaining everything you must book an appointment that will take at least 15DAYS and costs 60 Euros.

It seems to have all functions you need
Inconvénients
It doesn't work, extremely difficult to manage if you are not an expert in software, when you subscribe to their services, the company book an hour with you to explain how it works and after that you don't have any support unless you pay 60 Euros booked with two weeks advance.

Happy user of eviivo
Eviivo has been super helpful in setting everything up. They have been there when I needed help and have made many excellent suggestions for my business. All this at very little setup cost. I recommend them without hesitation.
Avantages
I used to manually handle my calendar using three different platforms. Using a channel manager has eased my burden in so many ways! Eviivo has made the transition simple and easy to understand.

Evaluation during COVIRUS 19
In the past, customer service was poorly run and I left. Apparently a new team has improved greatly. During this crises I was allowed to access the conference calls even though I was not with the company anymore. I've learned a great deal with your guidance by working with your clients as a team. There was plenty of information for thought and kept everyone informed. I give the highest praise for your efforts during the crises. I have decided to return to Eviivo - Thanks for caring!

Everything, there is not one bad thing I could ever say about Rez0. The occupancy map was first rate.

The fact that I can no longer use it. It was bought by Expedia and then Expedia sold out to a European company by the name of Eviivo.

Excellent Customer Services
Always been happy with it, it does what I need it to do. If I am unable or unsure of anything there is always help at hand.
Avantages
I find it easy to use, now I am familiar with its functionality.
I've not used any other platforms, so have nothing to compare it with. It does what I need it to do and the customer service is always spot on which means more to me than anything else.
Inconvénients
Sometimes a bit tricky to navigate but I think that's more my lack of knowledge of the background bits and pieces.

Great guest management software for B&B and Inns
I have used other guest management programs and services and this is by far the most well developed, the best thought out and the best supported. Teamed with the booking engine it makes a great product for managing guests and payments at an inn or B&B.
Avantages
Options galore to suit the varied needs of my inn (and most others) - VERY FLEXIBLE
Continuous backup of data to off-site server.
Data security.
Regular updates and continuous improvement.
Great help files.
Easy to use.
Integrates nicely with the Rezovation Booking engine
Credit card transactions managed easily if using Intuit CC processing.
Inconvénients
The only reason I gave 4 stars for meets needs is that it must be paired with either the Rezovation Booking Engine or Webervations to provide online reservations from your website.
No web based innkeeper access from this particular offering, though the company does have solutions for that.

We wish we had started with eviivo from the beginning. We are extremely happy with eviivo and don't want to go back to life before eviivo! No regrets!

Eviivo Customer Service is Awful
Chat is unavailable during business hours. Tried to talk to a representative but went to voicemail. However, couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Even tried to talk to a sales person - same thing. No answer, couldn't leave a message. Send multiple inquiries - no response.
Avantages
Not much. I do like the email confirmation feature.
Inconvénients
Reports are lame, not US-based so have to enter the country every time when entering an address. No easy way to change the room type description.

This system does not work well with our business. It is very time consuming to make a reservation, having to go to 3-4 pages to complete. Could not customize rates, could not customize the email conformation. Contacted company by phone on how to cancel account. Performed the requested procedure to cancel and have heard nothing back.

Very impressed from the Salesman [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to the support team if we had any issues.
Avantages
We opened our new 8 bedroom hotel on 29th May 2021 when website and Eviivo Booking Platform went live - two weeks later we have 114 bookings ranging from 2 days to 10 days - Fantastic response.

I like that I can call customer support and they will talk me through what I need to do.

It was totally different from what I was using before. At first I had to use the chat option which I found very difficult. The directions for set up were hard for me to understand. Once they had phone support everything was fine.

Ingrid, my Account Manager and Ingrid, my go-to support have been wonderful. They helped guide me through every step
Avantages
That there is almost 0 chance of double bookings. Also, I'm thrilled that I do not have to manually block out my bookings. Xotelia software has saved me a ton of time. I'm able to spend more time with my guests.
Inconvénients
The videos were not very helpful. They moved a bit too quickly for someone new to understand all the steps.

One of the Best!
It has been great! I was able to jump right in and learn so many things by myself. My customer service experience has also been great!

This software is so user friendly! The interface is clean and simple and everything is so easy to find. I really like how it doesn't force me to enter a lot of needless information before going to the next screen.
Inconvénients
I would like to be able to see more options for a block and to be able to extend it without the need to delete and redo it. Unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of playing around much with reservations yet, but if this is the same I would like that as well. Also an option to send a quote, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] gave me an excellent idea to work around this!

It is (or it functions) as a beta version. To many inaccuracies, especially in the billing module but not only. The whole program is quite rigid without flexibilities to customize according to the needs of each business. But the worse thing of Xotelia is the customer service. Limited attention hours, no phone attention on weekends, nobody answer Skype calls, the IP phone numbers of Xotelia in France do not allow the use of phone cards, e-mail messages are answered after weeks... Actually, there is no real customer service.

Rezovations - To buy or not to buy?
The customer service is beyond amazing.
Avantages
The UI/UX design of the application is great, and easy to use. The amount of analytics that they provide is overwhelming but extremely useful. The customer support is amazing, they screenshare your computer to find out exactly what is wrong or to teach you.
Inconvénients
It is not compatible with google chrome or firefox on Mac. There are some issues with sending information and promotions and the time it takes to populate. But overall the product is great.

The best Reservation Program that is available. Now they have teamed up with QuickBooks to swipe credit cards. It is easier without having to type in credit card number on their program. A PLUS for my business.
Avantages
Support group are in U.S. and very congenial and helpful with any problems. It's a pleasure talking to the support people. They return calls promptly. Rezovation GT is program that works for both cabin rentals and the B&B rentals. I'm a small resort/B&B and this meets my needs
Inconvénients
They had to do some programing on my computer to make it work but were very good at taking all the time they needed to correct the problem.
I also found one glitch in the program and that was fixed immediately.

Conceptually great but needs to be updated
The developer told us that an update was in progress so if they can keep the features and price while making it compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, ect it will be great and I would rate it much higher.

It really needs to be updated. It only works in Internet Explorer right now which is a pain if you use a mac, even on a pc it can be really slow to load.

Great customer service with great functionality at affordable rate
We have only used the product recently. What we like most about the company is their customer service. We have never a problem with contacting support and on the website itself there is a chat tool that you can request support to contact back.
The rate is very affordable. Although is mainly functioning as a channel manager, there is almost unlimited list of channel you can apply to.

Detailed management of our inventory is crutial for maximum revenue. This product allows us to manage our inventory very closely, with easy implementation of up to the minute price changes flowing through to our website.
The product surpasses other comparable products with maximum flexibilty, including an easy occupancy reporting system, compatability with our accounting software, and micro-level client marketing tools.

This product is superior to any other product I've tried. don't have any comments.

Great service and set up
Excellent support and set up, then once live an immediate sale. Can't get better than that!

I found the set up mostly intuitive, helped by the excellent webinar provided. Thr big help was the friendly and prompt support, this really helped reassure me that this was a quality platform. I will continue to recommend it across the tourism industry in Scotland.

Not sure...it is similar to others in its good features like the calendar.
Inconvénients
It does not interface with Airbnb. Connected with innpayment which does not accept American express. Innpayment has a bad system where if you don't enter info correctly it then wipes out all info and the guest has to start over from scratch...but it doesn't simply tell you that.
