Very good experience and is definitely user friendly.
Avantages
Easy to use the app. Great to be able to turn on tracking for periods of time throughout the day.

The app can sometimes glitch. It will log you out or stop tracking you at random points.

Ease of use - particularly when you enter an address once - it saves for future use. The reminder that is sent the day before the deadline is helpful. Also, easy to log-on - saves your pw etc....

My experience has been very positive. I have been proven wrong.

I was skeptical at first and was disappointed with the organizational change. Motus is much better than our old system and so much easier to track mileage.

I do not like the idea of being tracked.

It is easy to report mileage and only takes maybe 15-20 mins each month

I would just like it to be smarter about repeating routes (i.e. if i go to the same place and have a return trip multiple times it should learn that and when I type in one direction it could fill out the other automatically)

It’s very user friendly and accurate for miles reimbursement. I wouldn’t want any other app to use. And can get a hold of someone if there is a problem with no problem.

Motus does save previous travel locations that populate when prompted which is nice.
Inconvénients
Previous mile tracker had a map calculator where you enter destinations and it gave you distance travelled. It also has a round trip feature which is nice.

I have used Motus at various companies both to track and record miles.
Avantages
Works well at recording mileage. Submission is easy and the message center alerts you when you need to upload documents.

Easy to use. GPS is simple and quick enough to pull up.
Inconvénients
Motus has recalculated my payment multiple times and brought my payment down over the past 2 years. Meanwhile my car payment, insurance, excise bill and upkeep cost’s have only increased. I don’t feel they had any grounds to change my payment

Motus has been excellent for my business needs. Simple to use with no extra, unnecessary options.
