A Must Have for Wholesalers
Candid is a SaaS platform that simplifies wholesale transactions between wholesalers and retailers. It transforms the traditional static process of using PDF e books, attachments, communication messages, and invoices into a characterized catalog. Candid's software makes it easier for wholesaler and retailers to collaborate on purchase orders.
Avantages
After using the software I got hook on creating orders. I like that you can customize the order number. This help to keep all orders organized.
Inconvénients
Although all orders will have same information, they should allow users to choose order template styles.

Candid use review
I am still learning but I am really pleased with my experience and looking forward to learning more.
Avantages
I like that is easy to navigate through each heading. Orders are saved and simple to regenerate.
Inconvénients
As it is right now I don’t really feel there is anything to dislike.

The folks at Candid are highly profession, highly responsive when you need help, and truly good people. I love working with this company!
Avantages
As a wholesaler, Candid makes our business possible, period. The platform provides all of the tools that we need to sell to our customers and help our own customers thrive.
Inconvénients
No cons! Any time you have a suggestion for an improvement they take it seriously, and nail it!

Candid is a delight!
Candid is great software made by great folks who really understand what their users need. Excellent customer service, and a a delight to use!
Avantages
Excellent wholesale ordering, order management and invoicing software. Intuitive and easy to use, makes communication and order editing between brands and buyers super easy and clear. Integration with my e-commerce site makes updating product catalog pretty much automatic.
Inconvénients
Occasionally I have issues with product prices not importing correctly from my shopify site.

Fast, exact and unique
Excellent and fluent, trustworthy and kind.
Avantages
Fast and friendly communication, swift packing and posting, and everything was as ordered. Also wonderful, that they sells unique products, made by local artists and micro companies.
Inconvénients
(We ordered to Europe, so everything has to go via customs and hence is slower and costs more but of course Candid is not to blame for this :-) )

Easy to set up & top notch customer support
Candid is going to help us scale our wholesale business. Our ordering process used to be very manual, but with Candid, it has become more streamlined. It was an adjustment for our clients, but they all love the fact that they can see all their past orders & invoices all in one spot.
Avantages
We love the Zapier integration for order management. The catalog was very easy to set-up & manage. Also, they have THE BEST customer support team out there. We are a wholesale bakery that delivers locally in Chicago so we do not ship any of our products. When we first starting setting up Candid, a lot of communication was geared towards shipping. Working with the Candid team, they created a feature that allowed us toggle on/off for shipping or delivery.
Inconvénients
I think it would be nice to be able to to customize our automated emails during the order process.

Better than the other options!
Avantages
Candid is my personal favorite wholesale management platform (both as a retailer and a brand) because it categorically simplifies and supports the REAL process of transacting a wholesale relationship.
Inconvénients
I can't think of any issues I have had.

There’s a lot of information to access
Avantages
I like the wealth of information available to access on the spot form. I find it very useful to have it all in one place.
Inconvénients
I struggled with the search function in the beginning but I got that straightened out pretty quickly. I don’t have any complaints.

We use Candid to share about our non-profit and research foundations and grant opportunities.
Inconvénients
Completing the profile is helpful but can be time-consuming.
