Great POS and Loyalty app for business.

We are starting a new business that provides delivery, storage, and fulfillment services.

We have tried many POS apps and programs on personal computer, but there are none that serves us like Loyverse.

The POS app contains all the important features, and it is very user friendly for our staffs. The extra feature that we really like is the integration of the loyalty system (Loyalty Ocean App).

Now we have both the back end and front end which help us tremendously on our business!

Great App!

This app is great! I have tried many other POS apps, but this one overall is the best! It has many more features than others, and its easy to use! I really appreciate the simplicity. It works fine overall, and my staff loves it! Some of my staff members don't work well with technology, but this app isn't a problem for them.

At 1st the app seems basic, but once you get into it you discover that Loyverse has really thought of everything. The best thing of this app is not that it is free but the fact that their online support is fantastic.

Best free POS for start up business

I love it and it is one of the best free POS. But I think it is not perfect.

I can't add item's cost and in stock balance in app but it can do in back office. Barcode doesn't link with barcode software.
In Sale, I want to search by categories and by barcode software. It is perfect if it can be shown stock balance in sale. Give it right to delete sale and refund transaction for owner and admin after finished sale.
In sale by items report, I want to search by items and see stock in and stock out transaction details by date.
Finally, please add to reset database in setting.

The BEST POS for small businesses

The app is easy to use. I tried it both in my iphone and Samsung phone, also in my desktop. Very easy to use. Very easy to import your list of menu to your app and the interface is very user-friendly. The best thing, it's FREE! What more can you ask for?!

I have had very few issues with the deployment of Loyverse for our company POS system. We use Android and iOS phones and tablets linked over wifi to our receipt printer.

The only things I have not been able to do is add a logo to our receipt, and have a category view on the smaller phone devices - which is a shame because on the smaller devices is where you really need it.

Other than that it does everything we need, and I can't give less than five stars for software that works and is Free!

THE BEST P.O.S. SYSTEM PERIOD.

Loyverse is a POS system that anyone can use. The features are great, the graphics are excellent, and most of all the customer service is blazing fast and extremely helpful. When Square goes down, there will be no one to help you. Any small business should use Loyverse, any business at all for that matter. 10/10. Oh yeah, it's free.

Best cloud based POS i have used to date.

As an I.T consultant i have come into contact with many POS systems including top of the range softwares such as Micros Opera, Fidelo etc. Currently as a small business owner i have found Loyverse POS to be perfect for the starting and small sme's due to its simplicity, refinement and excellent support

Greatest App of its kind!

Loyverse is very easy to use. It met my requirements in terms of sales and inventory. One great function is the low stock email alert to keep me updated. The support os very real-time and accommodating. Really love this app! Good for everyone's business.

Efficient and complete program I need for my Business. The inventory is always updated and it keep on reminding me of my stock levels which i need to check before from time to time. My customers easy to track and keep on coming back because of the loyalty features.

Pros:
Very simple interface with essential features for sales, items, customer care, bonuses and statistics.
Very friendly and helpful support team.
Interval of new features is short.

So-so:
Currently missing a few features, but features are been added frequently.
At the moment very good for retailer with one shop. Retail chain will be added in the future.

In conclusion:
At the moment very good for a small retailer with one shop. Probably Loverse POS will grow so that it will be very good for bigger retailers. Loverse POS is growing into a very good solution.

The Best POS so far!

I have been using this software for a week as a test for my small restaurant/cafe with 3 POS.
After only a week, all the employees manage to use the system! So we decided to go live today!
The customer support is excellent, and responding very fast!
I have been asking for a few more functionalities, who seems to be planned early next year!

I highly recommend this software for anyone who wants an easy to use, easy to implement, and fully functional POS including inventory management, and reporting tools!

excellent I love Loyverse Free POS because it's easy to use; it keeps the inventory in categories and different colors and shapes. I just click a couple of icons and an operation is done. I can send invoices to clients and keep track of sales and customer information.

Nice free application

Originaly in our shop we use papers for write our sales in notebook. But friend are recommended this soft. It were become so easy to do accounting.

A great POS solution for stores

The product itself is really crafty. It is a rather light product that includes everything a store operator would require.

Does what it says : PERFECTLY

I was on the lookout for a pos app that was free because I couldnt afford paid ones or deal with their complexities. With this software, I can have my cashier use it on a cheap android tablet and he has limited access which means he can only make a sale and not edit enything. That gives me control , which I like ofcourse. There were some features missing that i wanted and the developer promised to add them the next day. You cant even get tht level of support with paid services! If u like the app, share it!

So simple and so efficient

Really simple and efficient. Customer service is replying quickly and open to receive feedbacks. I see that the product is improving very fast and I am keened to see what is coming in each new release. The handover time is very little as the product is so intuitive.
The ++ for me are access right per profile, easy code pin per user, and above all the admin page with selling rates and summary.
Improvment could be done on UI side (possibility to change theme, add employee photo for example).
