Everything is easy to understand and their 24 hour direct customer care is a big plus! Issues and questions are immediately catered. They listen to feedbacks intently and care for user needs. Updates are also frequent. A great to have tool for Cafes and small businesses. And their Loyalty App system is a great addition for promotional purposes. A promising app, overall.

Amazing. Every thing I needed to my shop

I was looking for a POS that make my business easy to manage. This app is everything I ever dream. Inventory, customer care, selling management... and more. We deliver lunch for school kids, so their parents ask in the shop, by phone, by mail, by WhatsApp. It was a happy problem, but a nightmare for business finance. Best app ever. It does what it says, ive only read good reviews so I tried it. Besides the online personal assistance, I went from setup to useage in 30 minutes.... some apps take longer than that just to download, and they give you a trouble shooting menu. This app is the reason I can go to bed stress free. Today alone, I uninstalled 6 apps on 3 devices. This app is simply the best!!

Shaved Ice Business

I think it will be a very nice sales tool as we will have the new features soon. You can use it so easy and have reports with one click. The reports are not so complex these days but I discussed with the customer service about new report tools which will come out in the next few weeks. The just in time customer service is very efficient.

A Life/Time Saver

My wife and I run a very small canteen in the philippines I needed a solution to be able to check my sales and inventory while I was away from the store when I found Loyverse from a link it did exactly what I was looking for and more importantly it was crazy user friendly plus the customer service is great!

Just a perfect solution for the small business

I tried Loyverse to see if I can use it at my small cafe and I was so much surprised. It has all the functionality I need to track the work day of my cafe, see the status of products in the inventory and other useful features. The mobile app is so easy to learn and use. I'll be definitely using it!

Its so good

My business involve moving around to supply stationeries. I had tested not less than 15 different apps but no one really meet my need like Loyverse POS. Besides the customer services is superb.

For future, I will expect the team to also add Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Bravo!

For a free POS application, we can't find better! The software is just awesome. Tech support is second to none with almost immediate response. Customer support do their very best to help with aspects of installation, operation and even additional hardware support.

Great app resolve all buisines accouinting needs

It is great to do many great things using this app, as:
Add and edit cusstomers informatinion, specifi discount, eyse way to inform cusstomer about sellouts ans s.o.
Add and edit seling items and servises wit custom quantity
I dont use customer care section for now, but intend to

this is the first app that i found perfect from every fields. It has the most easy user interface. And also very easy to maintain the item databases. at the end of the day user can find everything about the business of the day from the website. even it is easy to use.

I am so very impressed with Loyverse. After a little hiccup trying to upload my inventory, the team were on hand instantly to help rectify the problem. I am very grateful for their knowledge and know how of this wonderful POS. Would definitely recommend!

This software has really made the management of all my sales absolutely easy.

I don't really think there are cons about this app. If you have any specific need for your particular interest, they guide you or modify the app if possible to make your business even more easy. Their support is one of the best things they have.
