Overall, I think Lusha is a great product for the price and provides good infomation.

One of the best lead generation tools on the market
Avantages
Great success rate when trying to find contact details in a sales capacity - easy to use and decent success rate
Inconvénients
Sometimes the contacts can be a bit dated but they are quick to correct this when it is flagged

This is as close to a scam as possibe
The free trial is worthless. I signed up for the subscription which only was available annually. I cancelled after getting 1 whole lead.
Avantages
The leads are worthless on this website. You can use google and get far more accurate and complete data. google is also free

This tool changed my sales prospection
Avantages
Its interface is beautiful and made contact extraction become something much more "normal" to me. Super easy to use and I simply love the fact that it shows prior to credit usage whether one will have access to an email, phone number, or both.
Inconvénients
The fact that the extension requires some permissions that I do not feel comfortable allowing them to have. I ended up using the web platform only.

Lusha price increase of 66%v
Nothing really, except the price hike, we use about 12k contacts a year, and we buy them in blocks, the upfront subscription doesn't work for us in these covid times. When it came time recently to buy more credits, the price increased by 66%, that's way to expensive and out the cost of a lead to over 50 cents, and that was the discounted price, the best price the guys could offer us. Thus sadly, we have had to close our account. NOW, this is not a reason to stop using the solution, just be aware that your pricing is bout to increase by 66% or more, and that's if you pay annually advance, so I think a few of the smaller accounts, 12 credits useage a year will find other solutions,

We've been a user of the solution for a few years, it's very very helpful and the team supportive, covers the US market well, the European market not so well, but that's not really Lusha's fault

the 66% increase in pricing, it forced us to find alternatives

Have converted many deals easily by directly contacting the leads through their mobile numbers
Avantages
The good part using this tool is you can get targeted contact details instantly by one click. The best part is using extension makes life easier
Inconvénients
Some times the contact are goes wrong but not in most case

She (Lusha) is the best in Comparison with Swordfish etc....
All good and better.
Avantages
The best part about this software is if I am finding a UHNI lead (Britishers, South Africans, Australians) in Saudi Arabia and they do not have a Saudi mobile number on Lusha, but it has their resident number.
Inconvénients
There is no such concern, but sometimes the dashboard misbehaves. but rest is perfect

Not suitable for a data search engine.

Inconvénients
Out of date data... most searches deliver about 40 - 50 % incorrect leads. Doesn't even align with its own data source...Linked in is more accurate and current.

Indispensable sales tool
Lusha has been a game changer for me as a sales person. Prior to Lusha I had to battle with reception or guess numbers to try and get hold of senior C execs at companies I was targeting. Lusha has freed up much of my time wasted on said exercise and allowed me to target more companies, with more accuracy and get through to key C level execs more often.
Avantages
Easy to use, integrates with LinkedIn and the data accuracy is very high in terms of DD and mobile numbers for target prospects.
Inconvénients
I have no negative take aways from using the Lusha software to date

Best App ever. Truely your monies worth
For me the best part aside the accuracy of contact information and ease of use, the support team is so lovely , quick to respond, and are always there to take care of you. You will simply fall in love with them specifically their professionalism.
I will recommned this app for any seriouse person or company that really wants to take their business to the next level.

good for finding cell phones….lots of wrong numbers and fax numbers as well
Overall its a good product but there needs to be more screening on the numbers to get rid of the wrong numbers and fax numbers

Overall I would recommend using as it gives a good lead database

Approx 70% hit rate . Most of the times information is correct
Inconvénients
Wrong database at times . Names are same but not the intended person
