It's fine, but horrible customer service and takes months of trainer to use

It's ability to manage large databases of client information

Almost everything. It's user interface is so tough to learn, the customer service is horrible, and it is absolutely not worth the money.

Hi Sarah, your review puzzled us. We can't locate any support history from you in our database. Our customer success team loves helping TouchPoint users solve issues to make their ministry more effective. In fact, we have a 99% support rating on Zendesk (compared to our industry average of 94%). Regardless, any feedback about how to repair our relationship with you would be welcome, and we would love the opportunity to discuss it with you offline. In fact, we've already emailed you!

USER FRIENDLY
Overall, it's very user friendly, very visually appealing, and modern looking.
Avantages
What I like most about this software is how it's connecting members together to better serve God's people.
Inconvénients
What I like least about this software is too much emphasis on catering to members and not advocating a feed that may list church needs or needs of others, spotlighting where members can jump in versus meeting self needs.
