Fundamental product with uncountable interesting features
Mavelink is best of all product in the world of project management applications and software because its features and functionalities are truly the best and also its ability to handle projects is amazing.
Avantages
There are few features that are my most favorite and also provides me support is its advanced searching features with its effective search bar that helps me to find each and every document from my system and even the content present between them can also be find through this platform. It also enables me to track time that helps further in achieving goals and certain aims in an efficient way that increases the productivity of work as well.
Inconvénients
This particular product has no big issues only it lacks a good customer support system that can respond accordingly. Moreover, it is a best product in order to perform various integrated functions at one single place.

Extraordinary management for even the smaller projects
Overall I would say it’s a great application in terms of collaboration and communication while doing work.
Avantages
Organizing and storing data in an appropriate form in the form of files and folders is so much unique and convenient through this platform. Moving forward it also manages the budget and time of my projects in a way that completely favors me and also it accommodates my working efficiencies as well.
Inconvénients
In my opinion Mavelink is perfectly developed and designed product. There is nothing negative that I have to mention here. It is absolutely a perfect application.

Mavenlink helps teams connect
Avantages
One of my clients uses Mavenlink and has connected me to a few projects with it. I like that I can connect with others working on the same project, and share material.
Inconvénients
I found Mavenlink a little confusing to work with. I don't want to have to spend a lot of time learning how a platform works, especially if I'm not using it on a regular basis.

Easy, organized, Hepful
Avantages
What I like most about Mavenlink is that each project has there own section. Then all other projects are on the side so it's easy to move around and not get confused or overwhelmed with everything
Inconvénients
I did not like the time tracker. It is in a spot where it's not noticeable. I think if it were bigger and right about the note section, or if it sent reminders to track time.

Many features but lacked the colorful UI we wanted for a creative agency
I joined a small creative agency as a consultant to help improve their project management systems. As such, I reviewed their existing PM software and tested other options to find the best fit for their needs.
They'd been subscribing to Mavenlink for a few years but barely used it for anything but time sheets since the features and interface weren't quite working for them. So, Mavenlink was very expensive for what they were getting out of it. After trying out a more robust use of Mavenlink AND other software including Monday, Float, Wrike, ZoHo, Teamwork and more... we landed on Avaza and have been happy with it so far.
Avantages
I liked the very clear left hand navigation panel and the easy way to set up a project with budget information.
Inconvénients
Our team wanted a calendar view of projects and more robust visibility to our resource utilization. Mavenlink didn't have the options we wanted. It's also expensive compared to other platforms. And, it's simply not as colorful as others, which was a consideration for our visually oriented team.
The best choice really just depends on the combination of options you're looking for?

Too Many Features, Not Enough Focus
We tried it out for a few weeks and did not love it. However, the sales team is really good and accommodating so if there is a good fit with your project, they'll help you find it.
Avantages
The customer support team seemed really good and the web interface was very polished. I can see it working well for a group that focuses on just one large project.
Inconvénients
It was not a good fit for my team, which focuses on a large number of medium-sized projects. The software was good but it felt like they tried to pack in too many features, so some of it was overwhelming and for managing day-to-day tasks the process was a bit cumbersome.

Mavenlink has tons of features for a well rounded project management experience.
Was able to work on and complete projects in a timely fashion and have all of our information in one location.
Avantages
Mavenlink's flow charts with the ability to personalized are great. The software is very user friendly, and very well designed.
Inconvénients
Mavnelink can be very laggy, and even though it is user friendly on bigger projects with a lot of information it feels bloated.

one of the good PSA Solution
Avantages
* it has a good set of feature to become a powerful PSA solution.
* I really liked the project status reporting. We will get a clear view of project constraints; also PM's can add notes.
* It can integrate with a most of the mainstream 3rd party applications from Accounting, CRM etc.
Inconvénients
* highly expensive
* high learning curve
* Only basic expense management is there in the app.

Kimble is nimble
Avantages
Full functional Automation in a box, if you can flow chart any process you can automate it on Kimble.
Inconvénients
I don't have too much of complains, but you need to invest a lot of time and energy to fully master Kimble

Mavenlink
My overall experience with Mavenlink was fantastic and I would recommend it to other professionals.
Avantages
The thing I like most about Mavenlink is the vast amount of out-of-the-box reports that it comes with to give us immediate insights into project health, resource utilization, etc.
Inconvénients
The thing I like the least about Mavenlink is the difficulty in creating reports within the program.

Mavenlink is a great, affordable Project Management Software.
Avantages
Mavenlink is a very full-featured project/resource management software. With plenty of tools and very intuitive integration with Google Docs, it solved a lot of problems for us while we used it!
Inconvénients
The main downside we had with Mavenlink was the UI. It can sometimes be crowded and overbearing.
