Mindtickle allowed me to learn so much in a short amount of time! My onboarding process would not be the same without it. It made it so much better.

Inconvénients

The only thing I would change about Mindtickle is how many videos I needed to watch in it! I blame that on my organization haha but I do think in general some of the trainings could be shorter.

Avantages

Great way to ensure that employees are current on information, and a great way to enable them to review information as needed.

There’s not much to dislike honestly! It’s a great tool.

Overall, MindTickle is an easy to use platform, that provides a smooth experience to help employees learn about specific topics. It's nice to have these courses in one central location that I can go back to if I need to brush up on something.

Maybe it's just within my organization and the amount of different courses we can take, but I've always found the UI to be a little clunky and not always the easiest to find courses that I'm looking for.

I would like to have feature of downloading additional materials as one package for all course

I love the fact that MindTickle is mobile and we can sign in anywhere! I always received reminders and notifications to help me organize my day!

I would suggest a way for us to move on from one chapter to the next without having to come out of the whole simulation and selecting the next chapter.

It is a great tool for knowledge accountability. My role requires a lot of knowledge on science and the tests that we run. This allows members of my team to learn things specific to our roles.

Can be difficult to keep track of the different modules assigned to you, and accessing a general hub that contains all of the modules available is also pretty confusing to do. Also the quiz system doesn't feel fully fleshed out yet, could use some improvement

The app is very user friendly while it is really setting us up for success. Sales people tend to be very busy that we forget the basics so it is a nice place to go back to and remind us the basic standards of building relationships with our existing clients so we can ask for referrals from them.

This platform is by far better than any of the other platforms I have used with any company. User friendly for all ages or even tech challenged individuals.

MindTickle's UI is very intuitive and easy to use. I've been both a user and an administrator and found it seamless to ingest content as a user, and upload content as an administrator. One of my favorite things about the platform is how you can gameify trainings, it makes it a fun competition against my peers.

MindTickle has made it easy to decrease the number of in-person meetings and ensure all employees are receiving the same content. We've used it for onboarding purposes as well for new hires and that allows consistency and better accountability for the onboarding experience.

The mobile app is nice for learning on-the-go. When I used to commute to the office via train and I had a course assigned to me, I would complete it via the mobile app on my commute.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It's one of the easiest learning solutions I've come across.

Sometimes the answers don't register completely and I have do enter them again which can be annoying and you can cheat so the admin doesn't always get the most accurate results
