Avantages

We built our product training and certification curriculum from the ground up using MT. From day one, the interface was very intuitive and very easy to learn. The variety of files that MT supports makes it very easy to use Articulate Rise, etc. The types of knowledge checks are great for learner engagement. We have had very favorable feedback from our learners. Our asynchronous bootcamp is now completely done through MT.

Inconvénients

There are little things that mostly are just for convenience that would be 'nice to haves". For example, if you create a topic within a course, it would be nice to be able to copy that one topic and copy/paste into another module. you can only do this on the module level. Another example is when you upload a VOSS, every slide must have a recording. Sometimes, we have slides that do not require any VO so that would be a nice fix.

Avantages

We liked the ease of use of moving existing training into MindTickle, the assessments, coaching, ai feature and the customer service of our rep.

Inconvénients

There is not really anything that we like the least about the software. The features have everything we need.

At first glance, the finished product looks really nice and you want it to be the last sales enablement platform you'll ever buy.

Inconvénients

However, once you start building courses and other things, you realize it's really difficult to author. You're limited to adding objects like text, video, images, but they don't flow together. Who really wants to view a PDF as a training tool?

Avantages

The gamified learning modules kept the process engaging, and the AI-driven coaching insights helped identify areas where I could improve. The integration with Salesforce was seamless, allowing for easy access to relevant data, and the customizable training paths made the onboarding process much smoother for new team members. Its ability to track progress and provide analytics was particularly useful for both personal development and team management.

Inconvénients

The interface, while feature-rich, felt a bit overwhelming at times, especially during the initial setup. The reporting tools, though powerful, required some trial and error to configure effectively. I also noticed occasional performance lags when navigating through larger datasets.

Avantages

The platform is intuitive, easy to use and I love the competitive gaming feature to drive competition and engagement!

Inconvénients

The video creation features are not as easy and intuitive as other components.

I like the content and the way you build courses inside the tool.

We outgrew Mindtickle pretty quickly, we needed a lot of reporting and for it to be easy to see who completed what in the system

Avantages

Mindtickle is a smart sales enablement tool. If used wisely and effectively, it gives you right performance metrics of your sales team. It helps you to calibrate merit quantitatively and link sales performance to actual knowledge of the sales team. If used prudently, Mindtickle can become your every-day goto sales assistant as its API is quite user friendly and it can be integrated with a number of internal applications as well.

Inconvénients

The only glitch of the tool is the knowledge scores increase rapidly even after anyone just scrolls through the reading materials. There should be an intelligent way to make people go through the material actually rather than just scroll through and add scores.

The tool can be made more intelligent to create a series of assessments and certifications automatically. As pointed out previously, K-scores need an alternate.

Avantages

The easy of use. The gamification and the peer to peer rating is interesting. it helps me to know how much levels are left. The scoring is clear. The UI and UX is engaging.

Inconvénients

None so far.
However, i feel one should get to see more gamification as it is really engaging and makes learning fun.

It is easy to deal with and provides you with numerous and easy reports and statistics and helps you progress

Inconvénients

I have been using the app for more than a year and a half and I have not noticed any negatives or shortcomings

Good LMS with good features that helps me keep track of the mandatory courses from my company.

search functionality is not that friendly. Sometimes I have a hard time to find the courses a need to do.

It's great that MindTickle's simplicity enables us to easily reach what we need, and it also makes it easy to learn anything new to ensure continuity of feedback, which I find great for motivation and learning and helps team members gain experience quickly. I love the fact that we can leverage MindTickle to create stimulating challenges and a competitive side among team members. It also ensures transparency in documenting management feedback and makes it compatible with timely reviews, especially since it provides graphs and reports that represent an actual assessment of teams' performance during various exercises.

Inconvénients

I don't think MindTickle has any flaws, and it's great that it provides users with a modern dashboard, and the learning curve is low, so everyone can master it and benefit from its tools quickly.

Avantages

Mindtickle helps me strengthen my sales strategy as well as my artistic skills on a daily basis. I loved the app module, which helps everyone learn and stay informed about business progress. Mindtickle is great for learning about a company's goods, operations, and policies. Excellent app structure and user-friendliness. All learning modules are concise and visually appealing for simple comprehension. We can check our assignments and progress. The use of assessments at the end of each conceptual film is a terrific idea. Every execution experience reflects the reality in which the customers live and engage. We should earn more scores and know our degree of completion, therefore I enjoyed that part.

Inconvénients

There isn't much to dislike. Even though everything related to the company and its products is readily available, there are times when the program crashes when performing evaluations or watching videos.

Avantages

The capacity to take a course and pause it whenever I need and resume when I have time to finish the training It allows me to plan time and dedicate as much time as I have for training.

Inconvénients

Seems that configuration for required/non-required courses sometimes is difficult since they are not always enforced as required or not.

Avantages

Easy to see which videos you need to watch especially when you have just onboarded with the company. There is even a percentage bar on each video to let you know your progress
and you set tests after videos to confirm your understanding of the video

Inconvénients

it is highly dependent on internet access. So if your connection is bad it would be a pain to watch the video in high definition. There should be option to allow you to download the videos

ease of use for sales enablement monthly trainings, new hire onboarding and content learning enablement is awesome.

Inconvénients

Nothing negative about the software. We just don’t have any integrations with the apps we use day to day.

Avantages

We use MindTickle to complete trainings. It is easy to use, helps you track your progress, and reminds you when a required training is due. Overall easy to navigate and gamifies a lot of my trainings.

Inconvénients

It's frustrating that you can't get full credit if you skip around in videos, since some of my trainings have lag time at the end if they were recorded from live lectures.

It's a great way to streamline and centralize my orgs training resources.

The interface tends to be a bit clunky, especially with old trainings that sometime stay stuck on your dash.

I like the ease of use to keep track of my learning and coaching process at LinkedIn, to keep up with the learning moments and certifications I have to do for my current role. The quizzes and assessments are very easy to take, and you will be sure that you will not be left behind in your learning process!

Inconvénients

The only con that I can see is that sometimes I am enrolled in courses that are not strictly related to my current job and I cannot handle those, ie. getting rid of the course that is not mandatory for me or have other courses suggested instead.
