The amount of features you receive for the price is outstanding. It has pretty much everything you need within an all in one coaching platform. It might take a bit of getting used to just due to the sheer amount of features, but once you do, it's totally worth it. The customer service is almost too quick to reply and extremely helpful (shout out to [sensitive content hidden])

Can be a little overwhelming to start but there are plenty of helpful videos and tutorials available to help out.

I love the simplicity of the app, but with a variety of features that can expand your business however you’d like.

No complaints really, it took me a while to figure out the workout planning but that’s how it would be with any app! Very simple. There’s are LOTs of videos but my clients prefer videos of me, so uploading all of those to YouTube is tedious but just part of it!

Custom app is really expensive compared to others and the website is only viable in English, I am too missing a nutrition feature, but they say they are going to have it and they are working on it.

Well that is the thing. The only thing that holded me back was Language of Dutch ( which wasn't part of the app at that time ) as the payment option in the future of a natively supported payment provide in The Netherlands. I reached out to WeStrive and Corry came back to me. Both were agreed upon to implement. I joined and he and I teamed up for the implementation of the Dutch Language. Ideal is also a GO when needed.So there is nothing. What I like to point out is, they think with you as a Trainer and no empty words or promises. A+++.

The reason I chose it to begin with was because I was looking for a platform that had cheap solutions for those just starting out. I looked for features like program building, diet, storefront, and loads of other built ins. But what was surprisingly good was that you just said yes straight away to translation into Norwegian

I feel like I've already said it, so at the risk of repeating myself, I could use a few changes to the website (storefront). No big stuff but just some add on text blocks, image blocks you can move around, change colors and fonts... Make it look more professional. In addition to that, there was diet, but it was ongoing. Then there was this thing about having to add sessions to the calendar. They could actually do that themselves. But I really don't have much to complain about

There is truly a lot to really like about Westrive, they are constantly looking to improve their product and seek input from their clients. Working hard provide us with the tools to help us do our job more effectively and efficiently. Some big key features for us are the Program builder, nutrition tracking teamed with lose it, calendar, invoice/ billing and last but not least customer service! The mobile app and software make it so easy to keep a close eye on all these things and more! Their customers support knocks it out of the park as well. They are always quick to respond and will work on any issue you might have. Their has not been any instant yet, where they did not help, or were not able to provide a solution to resolve any issue. We absolutely love it and highly recommend Westrive. If your a personal trainer and looking for a solution to help your business out, you need to check out Westrive.

The only thing that we can say on this is that because they do try and develop a lot of different tools to add l, it sometimes causes issues and you coyld experience some update issues. But normal ones the updates are live , a quick logging out and back into your account can solve it.

Really the easy of entry. The free trail who they have it set up. It makes it really easy for you to get started, without breaking the bank. A lot of other software providers price themselves out for new start up trainers. Westrive offers something they don't. Being able to start with a free trail and have on client for free for life is a great way to have a new coach start and build on there platform, again without breaking the bank.

As a coach, I find this fitness app incredibly helpful. The support team is quick and easy to reach, and scheduling workouts for my clients is simple. It’s made managing my coaching much smoother!

I like the UI it's pretty good. The app gives me most of the options I am looking for. It was pretty easy to figure out how to build a program for clients.

Most of the cons are nit picks because overall I really like the app and it is better than anything else I have found. However:
-When I try to create a new exercise of my own and it is titled the same as a previous exercise I made, it won't create the exercise. A pop up saying why it's not working would be nice. Same thing for if I upload a YouTube short for a video. It won't work with YouTube shorts as far as I can tell, and I had to figure that out without a popup saying what I did wrong.
-Opening videos on the app on my iPhone 13 isn't very intuitive. Kind of glitchy.
-Pulling up clients to assign a program to is kinda sloppy. It pulls up my contacts in my phone first sometimes, which is good if you want to send them a text but if I want to invite by email I have to go around that.
-All workouts should automatically go to drafts after assigning a workout, so that a user doesn't accidentally have to recreated a similar workout for another client.

It's a really versatile system, with loads of potential to add value to my clients - I feel like I've only scratched the surface of it's potential. Plus an awesome catalog of movements, that are really easy to add to.

The website has occasionally been a bit buggy, needing a page refresh. The drag function for move order when programming doesn't work brilliantly.

I love the easy of use and the ability to really build a business through WeStrive. The option to passively sell programs through WeStrive is an amazing opportunity that I plan to take more advantage of in the near future! But using WeStrive has made being an online coach so much more efficient!!

I honestly don’t have any complaints. I love that coaches can submit ideas and they always give feedback or a response of sorts and then other coaches can vote on ideas as well. They really care about the opinion of coaches using the app… How could I complain about that!

It has all the features you need to organize and manage client plans and information, its avaliable in several languages and comes 'pre-loaded' with lots of exercicises so you can start creating plans before having all the content created. The app has a clean and professional design and it´s very simple to explain to the clients how to use it, overall it's a great tool.

Inconvénients

The biggest con not having the possibility to integrate with 3rd party apps via API or zapier and the custom branding, not being very expensive it´s on a recurring base when most of similar solutions are usally a once time fee.

WeStrive helps us facilitate multiple trainers with clients all over the country. Once familiar with the app, our clients don't have major feedback aside from suggestions on new features. The WeStrive team is very receptive to our feedback and is committed to making our experience a positive one. The templates, calendar functions, and ability to assign habits rather than just fitness programs is huge for our clients providing much more value beyond the realm of exercise.

I wish there was a more streamlined process for onboarding clients who randomly download looking to work with us, but we have other processes in place to handle these situations so it doesn't cause major issues. Otherwise, I wish the video could play in the app without stopping music but I understand there are technical difficulties there.

Westrive is overall a great platform. The management team is incredible to work with and they provide both a great product as well as a great overall customer experience. If you are a gym or personal trainer trying to up your game, grow faster or increase revenue and overall customer experience, I would highly recommend using Westrive.

A beautifully streamlined platform with top-notch customer service. WeStrive makes it so easy to design weekly programs for clients, and I personally really appreciate their gallery of detailed instructional videos for all the different exercises. That way, I can focus on designing plans and I don't have to worry about describing or demonstrating every move.
