Everstring has rich data
Avantages
We recently purchased Everstring and it appears it has rich data. Integrates with SFDC pretty well.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately a lot of the data we were able to bringing from Everstring is duplicative of what we already had in our SFDC instance.

Easy to use and makes the job more effecient
Avantages
It speeds up the process! Being able to quickly capture leads on LinkedIn and export them to SalesForce is a huge bonus and makes my job more effecient.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the data is incorrect and there have been a few occasions that the emails have been incorrect as well.

Great data clean-up tool
Data deduplication and ETL processes.
Avantages
From whatever I have used, the tools are fantastic and simple to use! The deduplication tool is valuable and has helped much of my time.
Inconvénients
Some of the wordings in legal contract were not clear but the team helped to clear that.

Nice tool. Needs to improve name fields for French and Spanish
It's a good experience, data quality can be improved.
Avantages
It's easy to use, syncs directly to Salesforce, it tells you if the contact is already in your CRM.
Inconvénients
The name fields are not adapted to French and Spanish markets. In Spain people generally have two last names, and two names. When capturing this is not recognised and has to be changed manually. For France there are similar problems.

This was very interesting software and could be helpful to streamline your audience/target.
Avantages
We really liked the audience platform. As a non-profit it helped us to streamline our marketing to new and targeted audience. We also enjoyed the analytics. We were using a combination of analytic sources but this helped us really hone in on our audience.
Inconvénients
It was a little bit intimidating to use at first but once our team learned the terminology and how it would benefit us it was less intimidating to use.

Ease of use/integrations
Easy to use, great information on tap, good tech stack integrations for efficient data transfer
Avantages
Really like that it is straight forward to use.
I have used other tools similar, and much prefer Capture. Allowing you to select multiple contacts to get information on, then directly import in Salesforce is a great feature and much prefer it to a previously used tool called Lusha.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the HQ information for companies is wrong. Not the biggest issue and sometimes it's tricky to get the right information/present the right information for global companies with lots of offices.

Not groundbreaking, but great packaging.
Avantages
Ringlead packages together a lot of features that can be purchased individually as separate products from other vendors. If you're using a number of these features, it's a great way to bundle to get multiple technologies on a single license.
I also like that Ringlead has proactively reached out to us to ensure we're getting good use of their products and what we have available to us.
Inconvénients
You may be paying for features that you don't need or won't use, but generally if you're using a few features it's a better price than buying similar tools separately.

Powerful but not entirely intuitive
Our marketing team initially brought Ringlead in house, but were having some problems understanding and using the tool. I spent quite a bit of time with the team figuring out what we need and creating templates so that it will be easier for the users. Ringlead is definitely an asset that I have built several data governance processes around, which makes things easier for me.
Avantages
As a data governance analyst, I appreciate the ability to create standardized, repeatable processes for data loads/appends
Inconvénients
The interface is less then intuitive, and I find that I spend more time clicking around looking for what I want than I would like to

Ring Lead is a Great Tool
Avantages
Anyone can jump into the sofware and learn how to use it. There is a low learning curve and the customer success was excellent
Inconvénients
I didn't notice any cons as it was well integrated

Easy to use, but pricey

RingLead is very easy to use. For the most part, it is intuitive and for the more difficult processes, you have people who can walk you through the steps.

There are similar products out there that are cheaper.

Definitely a tool you need!
It's been great to have a trustworthy tool and team to support our initiatives!
Avantages
My company has benefited greatly from the web submission feature to reduce duplicate leads in our database. Once we set it up, we were at ease letting it to run in the background knowing it is helping maintain our data hygiene!
Inconvénients
It took a while for me to learn the in's and out's of the product. I didn't get a clear, full picture of what the product did at first.

I love Ringlead
Deduplication has been my big focus, and we are about to test routing. Love the responsiveness of support and the overall ease of use.
Avantages
The ease of use is fantastic, and the support from the team any time I have a question is so valuable.
Inconvénients
This sounds stupid to type out, but I can't easily find where to email myself notifications of completed processes. Put it right in front of me when I set something up to run!

Time saver to achieve KPIs
My overall experience with Capture 3.0 is positive I think is a unique and powerful tool to help you with the outbound leads.
Avantages
Capture 3.0 helps me to achieve easily my weekly outsource lead target. It automatizes the process of bulky import to salesforce which can be a headache if it's manual.

Happy with Capture
I think it's great for overall business, would definitely recommend using it to other friends in sales and other organizations
Avantages
Being able to get some numbers that i was unable to find before, and personal emails helped generate more prospecting efforts
Inconvénients
was a little buggy and constantly made me sign in which made it a little slower than i would have liked

At first it was good but overtime I stopped using it as much. If I had more training on it and understood what its full capabilities were then it would be a better overall experience.

I like the Chrome Plugin/Extension, very easy to find and get going when needed

Easy automation
I am fairly new to using Capture, but my experience has benefited greatly by it's ease of use and quality of sourced data.
Avantages
Capture is an essential tool that conveniently brings automation in qualifying the missing details for leads with minimal data straight from LinkedIn.

The software seems to prefer sourcing data from the united states.

Great for working with duplicates
Avantages
Our company recently worked on the duplicates removal process and set up a process within RingLead. It was very easy to implement.
Inconvénients
Not completely sure with how it can be used for Data Enrichment but that would be something I would like to learn and implement if possible.

Avantages
Our CRM data had issues with duplicates and wasn't very clean. RingLead helped us remove duplicates and clean up our database for better marketing and sales alignment.

Helpful with deduplicating your CRM on a regular basis
Our CSM has been really helpful with training me in and teaching me all I can do with the tool. Support has been above and beyond.
Avantages
You can figure out what kind of database cleaning you need on a regular basis and schedule it to happen automatically.
Inconvénients
Some of the normalize features are less intuitive than I would like. It's a cool tool but more difficult to use in practice.
