Well designed to manage the travel cost

This app is an efficient solution for managing business travel and expenses with various features to simplify the process and improve compliance.

Avantages

It has a user-friendly interface that I can easily keep track with my travel and costs more effectively.

Inconvénients

The app requires an internet connection to upload receipts and sync data which can be a constraint in areas with poor connectivity.

Not really satisfied

Well at the beginning it was good.. but I think in the last year it's declining..

Avantages

Easy to scan receipt. Easy to use with user.

Inconvénients

No way to update easily credit card statement. Every time we do that, i.e. once a month , two of our credit card statements do not update correctly. Which one, it's random. Now I will have to do that manually. Thanks Rydoo, you are good at promising.. but then, it's my problem. I have been having patience, but I think i will migrate for next year to something easier, or at least cheaper...

Lets you power through a big stack or pick them off one at a time on the go

I have used this both to catch up on a huge stack of receipts or add them on the go when travelling.

Painfully I had a stack of over 100 receipts that got dumped on me. Clearly going to have to teach some employees the basics of travel and expense reports. ;-)

Anyways, so far so good. All of them are uploaded and I am just going through to tidy them up. It gets the names, dates and amounts right 95% of the time. When it didn't the receipts were faded etc.

You can separate the taxes out by adding the tax rate for the various jurisdiction you were in.

Did up a PDF report and it was pretty slick. First time I've tried one of these apps and actually can tell I will stick with it.

Entering them on the go is pretty awesome. Snap and pic and then clean up the details. Perfect way to pass the time in a cab or at the airport. Instead of on the couch at 10pm like I am now...never again.

Avantages

Accurate, efficient, simple, sales taxes easy to add, reports seem great

Inconvénients

Support area of the website is kinda lame. Parts of it require you to log in but it doesn't recognize your password.

Great Customer service

Avantages

It is user friendly and I like that you can customize just about anything. The reporting side has several options and is compatible with Quickbooks.

Inconvénients

The mobile app has some gliches from time to time so we have to re download the app. I would like an easier way to attach multiple pages for a receipt.

Product has issues, customer support is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Either hire new customer support staff or close your buisness down!

Avantages

It would be nice if it worked, but doesnt sync to accounts software so is pointless! If you like wasting time, use Rydoo. It was a lot better when it was xpenditure.

Inconvénients

Customer support does not reply to e-mails unless you send them a HUGE number of follow-ups! The system doesn't work and they just don't reply, and when they do the answers are not useful!

Completely indispensable app for expenses

its a lovely and great tool for organising expenses. I cant imagine going back to whatever i was doing before.

Avantages

It is a great tool for expenses. Its easy to use and nice design. All features work perfectly - the receipt reader, all the possibilities offered to tailor it to your wishes and demands.

Inconvénients

This is not a "Cons" message, but perhaps a message for Xpenditure: I would like to be able to manage more things with my admin account - like changing receipts, cropping, and also be able to choose among QuickBooks clients and Classes what is shown and what not - we do not use all Projects or Clients for expenses and they just make a mess. Otherwise, I would change only the functionality of trips - we have people travel from all over the world on the same trip and its impossible to track it if all of them have to create their own, although the same trip. What I did to solve this problem is, I used Custom fields and there is a great option of linking a value to a Project. Value is a trip and it is linked to a Project. When you choose a project while entering a receipt, the trips filter immediately to show only the ones, linked to this project. It's almost perfect. So now all employees that travel choose that and I can filter the totals. I don't understand why can't you just take this option and put on trips. The unfortunate thing is that we now (for this reason) don't use "Trips" option at all, although it has all these great fields.

Was ok, but got worse

Avantages

We used Rydoo, when it was Zenefits. It was mediocre then, but when it changed it's name to Rydoo, it became more complicated and less accurate we had to leave it and go to another program.

Inconvénients

It was difficult to operate for both the staff and the administration.

"great software to keep track of your expenses"

Avantages

It is a great app to keep record of your expenses and all your transactions. as all the calculations are solved my software, any probability of mistake is eliminated. I would recommend this software without a second thought. I loved its application version.

Inconvénients

sometimes the modifications done on app does not synchronize to desktop. also sometimes it becomes sluggish. Overall it is a great software.

Good software supporting small businesses

It is a good software, but in some parts possibility for optimization.
f.i. in the mobile version it should be possible to enter all datas (VAT) and it should be possible to forward the bill to the boss.
There should be a direct link from the report to the expense, without going the deviation via expenses and the filter there

A lot of functions included - good for a small business

So far so good

I just joined and am helping a friend with some organization! So far, it's been a great tool! I was looking for a way to organize his many receipts and this seems like it's doing the trick!

Avantages

I love being able to upload the pictures of receipts so easily. I tried several programs and found this one worked the best for me. It was much user-friendly than the others.

Inconvénients

I'm still learning how to do it and I can't seem to figure out how to export a report with out like 50 fields. Wish I could choose which fields to export to save time when I get the report downloaded.

Xpenditure: Great product always here to help!!

I used Xpenditure to manage my finances and it has always been really helpful. This gave me the possibility to focus on other aspect of my professional life. Their professionalism and excellence in what they do gave me the possibility to not being worried at any time when using their product. Would definitely recommend it!

Xpenditure Review

This product has helped free up my time from spending countless hours processing expense reports. So far it seems to be a very valuable tool for us.

Avantages

It is very easy to use. I was able to add one of our employees and with very little instruction they were able to upload and submit expenses.

Inconvénients

One feature that would be nice to have is the ability to edit transactions from within a trip. I am still struggling to figure out the per diems but I am sure that will come with time.

pretty user friendly and intuitive design

on the whole this is a useful app that I like using and the customer service resolving any little glitches has been good. I like the look and feel and the ease of uploading receipts and doing mileage.

Great option to keep expenses at bay

Avantages

Ryddo is my first experience using a expense manager and I am very pleased with the experience, the app itself is very smart automatic data recognition is something else.

Inconvénients

Not much of a con since i am learning the app ways, but i felt the mobile application could be better sometimes there is a few information that dont sync properly with the desktop version and the mobile app version

I search high and low

Xependiture still have a little way to go on ironing out some kinks however I am very impressed with the product and the service I've received

Bye bye paper receipts!

You know the hassle. Coming home after a business trip, the last thing you want to do is work your way through all the receipts and invoices you have collected during the trip. Good news: Xpenditure takes away a big part of that hassle. Just open the app on your smartphone, take a picture of the paper receipt with your phone's camera, upload, fill out a couple of data fields, submit and ... you're good to go!

Avantages

It takes away most of the hassle with paper receipts and you can submit while you are still on the go.

Inconvénients

The occasional error you need to correct, such as when the receipt mentions "$" and the software typically only recognizes it to be US Dollars.

Perfectly designed

I have tried just about every product on the market, free to expensive. Xpenditure is far and away a better designed product that is so user friendly you wonder why you haven't tried it before.

My companies expense reporting - good enough

Avantages

Easy to learn. Easy to upload receipts. Good history of expenses. Good usage of information captured from receipts.

Inconvénients

Could be better smart classification of receipts. Could be better use of tagging. Would be nice to also have a good mobile app with scan and upload.

Happy New User with Only a few recommendations for improvement.

Customer Support has been incredible, via email and online chat. Virtually Instant. The couple of times where the UI hasn't felt intuitive and I was confused they answered my questions right away.

Avantages

I like that it links with my bank. And is generally intuitive and looks great. Love being able to select expense reports.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a simpler way to track which Items have been put on an expense report/Items that have been paid.

Im a Canadian and use a lot of US services so sometimes the exchange of currency doesn't register

Simple yet efficient

East to use, quick and friendly customer service. Simple yet efficient. Would like to see more features like pie charts or fix extracting data to upload faster.

Avantages

Generating reports are a breeze

Inconvénients

Pie charts would be a nice feature to add to see what a person is spending per category. It would be easier to read.
When taking a picture and uploading multiple receipts it takes forever to extract data.
Wish you can generate multiple projects for 1 report.
