Great program
excellent Easy to implement and use, there are many good features to monitor and API to export measurements. confrontation It has some errors, but it usually solves these errors in new versions. The OpManager features allow real time alerting so when there are network problems, I receive immediate notification. Such a prompt notification helps to respond to issues before they skyrocket thus ensuring a strong network with low failure rates.
Inconvénients
It seemed that the licensing can be somewhat confusing such as when one is adding more devices to monitor in the network. It needs to have an appreciation of the various tiers and the corresponding cost element within it.

The real-time performance tracking the capability provided visibility in real-time on the possibility of a bottleneck or failure within the network. The clusters gave a clear view of the functions of the device which was helpful in identifying its yields.
Inconvénients
I realized that the utilization of the system resources was rather intense especially during monitoring and this sometimes dropped the overall performance of the server hosting the software.

Best in market these Days for Network Monitoring
OPM UI is very user-friendly, easy to access and use with single time understanding
Avantages
We have worked many of the IT/Networking tools, provided by Zoho/ManageEngine. OPM is one of them and this tool helps us to monitor complete IT Infra and Network with required all details along with the reports and alarm/notification to manage.
Inconvénients
Sometime it's bit hard to compare the result of traffic on each interfaces coming from backend

OpManager is a full feature monitoring tool at a great value
It has been great. We started with simply needing a monitoring tool for our network and have since leveraged many of the other components for monitoring connected devices for rogue devices, NetFlow and many other things. The canned reports are great.
Avantages
I would say the OpManager team support stands out the most to me. I was very apprehensive at first about what my experience would be with the support team if I needed them, but each time I have worked with them I have been impressed.
Inconvénients
Due to the modular nature of the OpManager product (OpManager, OpUtils, NCM, etc.) the product can feel a little disunited at times if you have an issue. Sometimes it is hard to tell what component the issue is with, but that hasn't happened much and their support is always able to resolve it.

It is very user-friendly UI, even for beginner. Very easy in deployment. But still deliver what we want from monitory platform.
Inconvénients
Minor update is often released. So it will make administrator takes time every upgrade process

It is an efficient tool that does what it promises and is quite affordable.
It has helped us a lot to respond in time to incidents in the infrastructure

Great overall. I didnt put it through its full paces, however it did what it needed to do, with my requirements.

There were some glitches after setup, with regards to notification loops via SMS. which took a while to resolve, but their support was great,
