Simple, direct support, streamlined website. Minimal training to use. Cheap.
Inconvénients
Prior to use, we had physical tickets and outsourced the calls to a minimum wage secretarial "pool," which was iffy at best.

Service Cloud
Service cloud does many things well but UI lets it down. Very difficult to see all things quickly.\
Would liek the user to be able to view updates or actions on multiple accounts when they log in to either home or an account.

Avantages
I like the entire product and vendor. It has been a nice addition to both my work and personal day to day goings.
Inconvénients
I can not think of anything that I have not liked so far and hope it stays that way.

Great Product Once You Get Past the Sales Process

I loved the fact that I can keep most of all my customer service in one spot. It does help service my clients and that translates into sales.
Inconvénients
It was not easy to implement, we needed a lot more technical knowledge than we had. We did find a way, with help from a friend. I would like to see more app integration

Top notch CRM, Great Customization
Avantages
Great CRM that can be customized down to the last detail. Plenty of extra add-ons and great customer support. You ca use it out of the box or mold it to your own specs. Great customer service.
Inconvénients
While the out of the box cost is not that bad customization can add up. Also a learning curve on the back-end and it does take time to configure . Some of the add=on come with an additional cost.
