A real productivity tool
This is a great software and I use it both in my personal and business work.
Avantages
I have used many productivity tools, but none can compare to power-user.
This add-in really empowers my PowerPoint presentations and Excel files. I can prepare, design, and format documents, link and update my files with just one click, keeping the track where my linked files are stored and what exactly I have linked from excel to opt. The agenda update options are great as well. I can choose many slide templates and easily adapt them to my needs.
This add-in helping me deliver better documents, while working faster to meet my deadlines within minutes.
Inconvénients
I need to relink my documents when I change the name of my source file.

this is a behavior from Malwarebytes that we have no control over. But you have the option as a Malwarebytes user to whitelist Power-user and enable the updates.

Our team loves PowerUser and has benefitted greatly in terms of time savings. Our account rep has taken the time to help us develop a standard template and train our team on the key time-saving features. Customer service has been excellent.

Power-user: Helpful tool for Document Generation
Avantages
Powe-user has more helpful and useful predefined templates, icons, images, maps and charts. You can create a own template and use it in other documents. Using the Tombstones you can insert the project reference inside the presentation.
Inconvénients
Power-user has more likable feature other than dislikes. When handling huge data sets in the excel, excel file crashes when Power-user add-on is installed. If the user forget to save or not auto-save is turned on work done in the file may be deleted. Power-user team should address and work on this issue.

Good product
Overall good, Once again, rather than sending 20 emails, you send one email with a video with all the commands explained. Done!
Avantages
The image and content library seems to be the most valuable parts for my job. Also the editing becomes much quicker.
Inconvénients
It is a steep curve to learn all the ways. I hope they would have ONLY one video that everything is explained.

Takes presentations and editing to the next level
Avantages
Features really consider user needs. The ability to send a single slide or select slides without having to save a new document is key. The power-user menu is great and intuitive -- it saves a lot of navigation time.
Inconvénients
The updates are a little too frequent/disruptive.

Excellent tool for impressive presentation and business documentation
so far excellent tools and like real buddy for my presentation.
Avantages
1) Conslidation of all frequenly required feature are at same place.2) Library provides ever evolving templates, Icons etc.3) I am able to customize the library content in the customer specific themes.
Inconvénients
1) search feature - It is bit hard to find the exact serach you are looking for. So you need to browse through all over the contents, which is time consuming.

Power up your skills and power through your work day
My title says it all: I literally power through my tasks and speed up my development time using Power-User. My content quality speaks for itself and it’s rewarding to see my audience react affirmatively to both the quality of content and its design and cleanliness.
Avantages
Power-User offers features that power users of Excel and PowerPoint often find lacking in those products. What would otherwise take 2-4-10 minutes to do or sometimes much longer due to needing to ensure consistency takes only seconds. I love the cleanup features a lot and rely on the shapes arrangements and style copy-paste tools way to much to be using PowerPoint without Power-User. The library is exhaustive and offers fresh ideas to keep content engaging based on audience needs. I know my content gets compared to those by top 5 management consulting companies in style and quality.
Inconvénients
There isn’t much to dislike at all… at one end I could want some features to not be duplicated like some of the shape libraries, but then I have come to like it instead because I set Power-User as my default tab to open. My reliance on Power-User is likely my only challenge, because I find it frustrating that some of my colleagues don’t have it on theirs when I try to help them with some improvements on their content.

My Thought on Power User
I always enjoy using Power-user. I hope your products will grow more and integrate software other than word processing and PPT.
Avantages
The templates are attractive, especially those in PPT.
Inconvénients
I am impressed to use the PPT. It gives templates that make the presentation more attractive. But the template's words are limited. In addition, it will be better to allow users to expand additional features on the existing templates.

Avantages
Poweruser provides helpful and accessible tools without changing the tabs in the office apps. It can also save you time in making quality output by providing templates which are user-friendly.
Inconvénients

Helps me in my job daily and has become a critical part of my workflow
Avantages
I like the quick access to all the various tools - it really helps me become more efficient when doing my work especially when it comes to PowerPoint presentations. The icon and map libraries are also absolutely fantastic.
Inconvénients
The only small issue I’d say is in the “line” icons in the icon library, many of the lines aren’t considered outlines in PowerPoint so I can’t adjust the width, but that’s very minor.

It can be a bit clunky at times and buggy as well. Some things don't always work

Got all the tools I use the most gathered together on one tab.
Inconvénients
Not super user-friendly for my acquaintances that are not really tech-savvy. It takes some adaptation time to appreciate this software's power.

Useful for presentations and lot of templates
I use it one or twice a week. My ppt's look much better now, coleagues are asking to prepare some slides for them.

Universal challenges in voice mode
It is good and there must be able to work in office 365 cloud environment whereby more people can share one dashboard as a simple application changing the recording with a passive bot.
Avantages
It has simplified essential mode into a user interactive personalized touch.
Inconvénients
There need to be more meta-tags based on my history and in turn adding more productivity with a single click. It must be enabled through the way that say tasks are taking less time for completion.

Excellent plug-in to increase the speed and productivity
I found this plugin by looking for some solution to import data from Excel to PowerPoint. If you need to update the same presentation with data taken from Excel or if you want to have a database full of pictures and templates, this plugin is a must-have to make the experience of working on excel and PowerPoint less painful.
Avantages
Really useful plugin for excel and powerpoint. In particular, when working on PowerPoint, it is useful to resize and reposition pictures and graphs. In matters of minutes, it is possible to render and prepare an appealing presentation.
Inconvénients
It would be good to implement some feature to copy and paste as directly as picture graphs and data taken from Excel. At the moment, it takes more steps than without the plugin.

Power User Review
Avantages
I like the clean your presentation tool. And its ability to automate and do those laborious tasks which would otherwise much of the time.
Inconvénients
I feel the library needs to be updated. And that more templates and feature needs to be added.
