Excellent produit
Dans l'ensemble , Jobber est l'un des meilleurs logiciels qu'il faut utiliser pour les entreprises de services à domicile et qui offre de belles choses de fonctionnalités, permettant également de synchroniser automatiquement les tâches , générez des devis , envoyez des notifications et plannifiez également les services de l'entreprise et rend les choses faciles et avec une meilleure solution d'assistance
Avantages
Jobber , un logiciel très intéressant et utile pour répondre aux besoins des entreprises en offrant de l'assistance gratuit grâce à ses services. Plannifier et envoyez des notifications et en communiquant avec les clients , qui synchronise automatiquement les données de comptabilité de votre entreprise
Inconvénients
Jobber est un logiciel très pratique et utiliser pour aider les entreprises mais n'est pas disponible pour tout les pays et un peu coûteux également

Gets the Job Done
Avantages
Jobber is jam packed with awesome features such as invoicing, online booking, and even a convenient mobile app. There is a also a great customer service perk of being able to text my clients and potential prospects. The offering of a free trial allows me to see if it is a good fit for my business.
Inconvénients
The price point is a bit more than what I have seen with other software at almost $30/monthly. Also, I was advised I may not receive my first payment until almost a week after for verification purposes. That is not convenient for me at this time.

Jobber is Expensive for Small businesses
Overall, i liked Jobber just wasnt econical for my business.
Avantages
I did really like the features offered and how easy they were to use.
Inconvénients
I didn't like how expensive the program was for having employees use the software that didnt need much. I needed employees to clock in and see schedule. Nothing more than that and they charged per user. It would havs been nice to not charge for view only functions and to clock in and out.

Comprehensive business management software
Avantages
Easy to implement, good support for all work requests, quotes, and assignments. I like the flexibility of the project.
Inconvénients
It's a shame it's buggy and doesn't export to excel.

The perfect ally to grow my service business.
Ease of use is one of the aspects that has impressed me the most from the initial setup process to daily job management and billing.
Avantages
It's great I can access my account and have all the details of my work in the palm of my hand, no matter where I am. This has allowed me to schedule my jobs very efficiently and provide excellent service to my clients.
Inconvénients
It would be great if the app was even faster and smoother, especially when I'm on the go and need quick access to job information.

Great for my business

Great product, customer service lacks
We never used it, and the customer service upon cancelation was pretty dismal. The person was nice, and she had no control. I have no bad feelings there.
Avantages
It was easy to use. It's powerful, it does everything you'd need it to.
Inconvénients
Simply put: We purchased the software to lock in a discounted rate. When we did this, we were told over the phone that we could cancel at any time and receive a refund. The only reason we switched to an annual payment plan was to save about $500/year if memory serves me right. Our business plans fell through, we never used the software, and we were denied a refund. We were given an "account credit" instead -- Which is useless to us, since we've got no need for a system such as this. It was definitely misleading and feels like we were coerced into paying for software only to hand the developer money for nothing in return. It was never used, it's been canceled, and our money is sitting there in credit that will never be used. In short, they got $1500 out of us for free. I would have had no issues using Jobber in the future, but this is just a deceptive money grab that I don't appreciate.

Decent option for field service clients
Avantages
Is a good options for field service users who want billing and invoicing taking care of in one place. East to use in the field.
Inconvénients
Fees and price is fairly high. Still a growing company and service so expect changes to the software frequently which can lead to missing out on some features that are moved or dropped over time.

Alright
It is alright and I will definitely be sticking with another company.
Avantages
It is an alright software. I believe pestroutes or housecall pro would be a better option. It may be one of the cheaper ones but it doesn't mean it'll function better.
Inconvénients
It's quality and look doesn't look very appealing. It's edgy and should upgrade from where it is at.

It is just ok , didn't really explore it as much

it was easy to schedule and appoint and record the timing for a job but asides that i didn't explore it.
Inconvénients
I think because i didnt use it that much! i do not have much to say! it was very cumbersome to use just for scheduling appointments.

Recomended
Jobber has been a great find, to have almost everything I need to run my business within a click away is priceless. The ease of the layout and with the helpful support I was up and running way before trial period ended. Thank you Jobber for making my job easier and giving me some of my sanity back :0)
