Avantages

Comparative to other products, Cerberus is fully featured but straightforward to use due to it's full GUI functionality.The scheduling of transfers to specific destinations (aka Targets) was easy to create and get up and running in minutes.

Inconvénients

There is an internal event log with a limited window of events, but for more detailed logging a SQL based installation is required.

Avantages

Easy setup and administration. Our client use an automated procedure to upload files to our server and have had no issues.

There is nothing that I do not like about the software

Avantages

I really like that it is a very friendly application, I can integrate it with the active directory, security and that the versions are constantly updated.

Inconvénients

The amount of GB that I can provide to the user's folder is missing, that is, do not copy more GB than allowed in a folder

Avantages

For a quick start of the software, the program is easy to use even without any instructions. The program is very stable. In the upload of now over 50000 files, there has been no crash or other error. Therefore, the use in the company was immediately possible. This saves us a lot of administrative work and the users a lot of time.

Inconvénients

I would like to have a quick search of what files have been downloaded or uploaded. Best as filtering by different criteria like date, time, folder, file, error/ok, direction (up/down), IP address.

Avantages

Easy to implement and is constantly being updated/improved. We've even migrated to another server a few times and the process is streamlined nicely.

Inconvénients

Before some recent updates which fixed this issue, the user management UI was a bit clunky, though still functional.

Avantages

We use the SFTP features on a daily basis and it certainly lives up to expectations.

Inconvénients

None that I can think of at this point of time.

Navigation pretty straightforward, easy to implement, IP Manger is good option, integration with AD, stable.

Inconvénients

It needs more support for MFA (right now only DUO) OKTA, RSA, Google, etc. Reporting on professional version is very basic. Price could be more friendly.

Client setup for most common secure transfer scenarios is straightforward and bullet proof. Documentation and support for more advanced scenarios is superb.

Inconvénients

Like many products slowly shifting from traditional rich client interfaces to pure HTML5, original features are being deprecated or shifting from straightforward access to convoluted workarounds with successive releases.

The software is complete and well laid out. They are constantly updating this product with security updates and making it better.

if you want he web support it is a little pricey. you can only have the UI active in one user space on a server.

Ease of use and management. Very easy to manage. My users love how easy it is to use. Management likes the cost of maintenance.

It would be nice to have a User guide, It would be nice to be able to lookup users by group. It needs more search capabilities.

Highly configurable. Customer support when needed is very fast.
End users need very little help if at all. Customers of our employees also like to use the system.

Ease of use and full functionality is what I like a lot about this product. Phone support is great as well and reassured me that I won't be left stranded if I need help.

Not much of CONS at this moment of time. As I scale up the utilization of this product, I may update my CONS accordingly here.
