Fantastic product with lots of additions
Overall Birdview is nice, a lot comes down to how your organization has it set up and what level of user you are.
Avantages
Birdview (Avian Perspective as we affectionately call it) is fairly easy to use and is improving constantly. My favorite part of Birdview is the extensive learning suite that comes with it. If you need guidance, there are webinars and help sections, further supported by live Chat support. Most actions are easy to understand and follow. It is scalable and flexible adding to it's useability. There's many additional modules, we even use it for some of our Dev requests (forms in BV).
Inconvénients
There is some frustration with the way Activity Est. Hours roll up to a Project total. Not sure if this is a setting issue on our end or just the way it's meant to be. We often set a total # of Est. Hours then break down the activities. It tends to Add any Activity hours to the Est total, instead of considering it part of that total. Again, this may be a setting our BV Admin may need to look at.

Happy New User
I like it a lot, my experience with it has been short so far but I have found it is really great with presenting useful data which I can action on.
Avantages
I enjoy the ability to customize many widgets and filters to best suit my workflow and priorities.
Inconvénients
I am inclined to say I am personally not bothered by it but ability to customize leads to many menu options which could fluster some users looking for a minimalistic experience.

Best PM software i have ever used!
I am really surprised that such complicated software can be so easy to use. I am really glad to use it on daily basis!
Avantages
Beautiful UI, intuitive in use, simple to find what you need - searching engine is working really great! Easy task planning and resources chasing, great reporting engine and Power BI connectors.

Birdview: A Powerful Project Management Tool
Avantages
- Easy-to-navigate interface. Project and task creation is very simple.
- It excels in facilitating team collaboration with features like deadline updates and communication threads
- Has multiple features including Project Management, Time tracking. Worload management, resource allocation and Gantt Charts
Inconvénients
- Deleted tasks cannot be restored in a project template
- The guest user view has some limitations

Great Software, really turns Project Plans into live, interactive tools.
Increased Productivity and better full Project Management from my PM's. Raised awareness for Clients on Project Progress via the Email Notifications. It just needs to offer the Guest User the full Project and Gantt view as seen in the Activity center and this tool is unbeatable!
Avantages
The configurability and what is offered to the PM in functionality use. The Notifications are also great. The whole tool really offer exceled value for a PM. If the Project Plan and Gantt view as the PM sees it in the Activity Center could be offered to the Guest Users as well in a View Mode this would become the Ultimate PM tool, there just isn't another like it!
Inconvénients
The look and feel of the Reporting as it is not that presentable for Clients. And Particularly that you can't offer the same amazing Project and Gantt view that the PM gets to the client. The Guest license is a fantastic idea for the clients but it would be revolutionary if you can add a full "View" of the project and Gantt, exactly as the PM sees it in the Activity Center. this view is the most valuable with a client but unfortunately it is only available to the PM.

Easy Projects is easy to use
For a small company the tool works well. Easy Projects does fit the name. We started off using the tool for our department and it met our needs well. As we tried to bring other areas into the tool, it became clear that we needed more.
Avantages
The ease of setup from scratch. We migrated our data from a home grown solution into Easy Projects which streamline our migration. Customer service helped a great deal during out implementation. A tool that follows the concept of keeping it simple.
Inconvénients
As we advanced our business needs, the tool was not able to grow with us. For downloading attached project files had to be done one a one by one basis which is time consuming when you have 40 files to download. We could not directly access the files.

Keeps tasks organized for hundreds of users to share
Avantages
Our Easy Projects software helps us keep our team of 200 on the same page. We are able to work seamlessly in the tool to ensure flawless execution of all tasks. I like that we can customize the notifications of tasks. I see every update made to every task, which means I get dozens of notifications every hour. However, by customizing my notifications, I can get a recap every hour that I quickly review for anything I need to look at. I also like the tagging feature, which allows me to know if anything needs my immediate attention instead of being seen an hour later.
Inconvénients
There seems to be a bit of glitching regularly occurring. I have to refresh frequently. I also don't like that I can't view my tasks in a side bar, but rather have to go to a separate page.

Great, easy to use, has fantastic tutorials
This software makes keeping track of my multiple projects much easier and if I have forgotten anything the email notifications remind me. It really has evolved how I do Project Management. It just needs the ability to show the Clients the Project Plan and Gantt view that I as the PM work on and it would be fantastic.
Avantages
Makes Project Management easier and is far more user friendly than standard Project Plans. Information can be edited and updated quickly. If you can't remember what to do the walk through guides are fantastic.
Inconvénients
Presentation of the Project Plan to Clients is the only key fault. What you as the PM work with in the Activity Center is a fantastic view of the whole project, making it easy to see where things are at but this view can't be handled over nicely to the client. there are some reports and exports that an be used but non are as good and present as nicely.

I really like the way how Easy Projects works. It helps managing projects very easily as it has all the custom elements available. I can define the project details to the team via Easy projects.

Resource planning and management included
Our team likes easy projects since it allow managing resources with visual resource planner. We can assign people on various projects and and manage their time which they will be spending for a specific project. This helps us with managing resources and their time effectively.
Inconvénients
Resource planning works but when it comes to managing project timelines, the visuals are not very good. Can add more chart views to help with managing timeline effectively.

File can be attached with Tasks
Effective project system to manage project tracking. Helps sharing resources with the team easily. Provides good summarized reports.
Avantages
Easy Projects helps with attaching files with the tasks. It helps my team a lot since we don't lose project files (e.g. design files or fonts can be attached with tasks and shared with team members.) Helps with reports and all other required stuff for projects management.

Collaboration becomes easier
Collaboration has become easier using Easy Projects. It allows files to be shared with colleagues and we can get input from many people while working on the files. Status reports are easily exported and getting a summary of projects is not difficult anymore.

Pre-built templates reduce workload!
Easy projects, provides the per-built templates to help load the sample (basic) task structure. It helps reducing some of the work of a projects manager. It is an easy to use system for planning the projects for success. The layout is nice and helps users to understand tasks easily.
Project calendar adds a lot of value to understand the project timeline and the tasks timeline as well.
Avantages
Good for planning and easy for management of the projects. Good reports via Gantt charts.

Project timeline meets often with EasyProjects
Meeting with project timeline is possible with Easy Projects system. It allows a number of ways to help manage the projects and keep all of us accountable to complete our duties. We are able to meet timelines for our client projects. This system is a success for our team.
