What I liked most about Birdview are its comprehensive project management features, which include task tracking, resource allocation, and timeline management. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate without a steep learning curve. Additionally, the advanced analytics and reporting tools are powerful, helping to track progress and make data-driven decisions. I also appreciate the collaboration tools that support real-time updates, shared workspaces, and communication, enhancing teamwork and productivity. Inconvénients

What I liked least about Birdview is that its extensive features can sometimes be overwhelming for new users, requiring a bit of time to get fully acquainted with the platform. Additionally, while the customization options are great, setting them up initially can be time-consuming. There were occasional performance issues when handling very large projects, which could slow down the workflow. Also, the integration with some less common tools wasn’t as seamless as with the more popular ones, which required additional workarounds. Finally, although the analytics and reporting tools are powerful, they can be complex to configure correctly without some initial training.

Good features for the price. Nice interface if you manage projects under waterfall methodology, with a good control of project's status, and multipel options to characterize a projetc in terms of cost and resource allocation. Good interface to check your teams' assigments individually.

Inconvénients

Workload input is painful - as tasks comes out inside a combo selector, making very hard to find the right one.
The BOARD view at the Activity Center is not usable for Agile teams, as it stays connected to the original waterfall order of tasks, and when reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task / card to the top of the column), it changes the order of tasks within the waterfall project

Avantages

Resources; customizable reports and the Dashboard; option to save different views

When a time log is made for a task without hours assigned, the hours left go from 0 to a higher number.

Android applicaion doesn't work for some reason. infinite login screen loop.

The activity center BOARD view is not so useful for Agile teams. Reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task to the top of the column) changes the task order within the waterfall project!

Frequent updates might surprise you as you have to keep searching where they moved certain features

Only issue is being able to add members to specific tasks without having an admin add them to the overall project. Makes it annoying when having to pull in colleagues who weren't initially anticipated.

It is an easy way to stay organized and assign project tasks among our teams. Usage is fairly intuitive, and there are a lot of options to customize the product to your organization's specific needs.

I don't like that you can not search to find subtasks easily, which makes it difficult when referencing older project details.

I like that I can easily keep track of my time by tasks throughout the week. Since I use Birdview weekly to track my time, it makes it easy to also keep track of how many hours i'm dedicating to each project. It's easy to use in general.

I have had a hard time finding my assigned tasks, because at my company, many tasks are mass-assigned to allow access. It would be great if access and specific assignments were able to be defined separately in workflows. It was also a very steep learning curve to figure out the exact process for setting timers for a task and where my notes for each timer lived.

Simplicity. Moved from two separate systems designed for specific workflows, to something that only shows the basics by default, and easily allows access to the more detail oriented features via simple navigation.

Sometimes it's not entirely clear why a project is not visible to you as an end user. That's really on the project leader and administration's head though.
