Rien. Je n'ai eu aucune bonne expérience avec DocuSign. Je ne recommande AUCUNEMENT leur produits et services.

Lorsqu'on désir avoir du support il est difficile de parler à quelqu'un. Quand on réussi à parler à quelqu'un, la personne à de la difficulté à comprendre notre problème. Puis lorsqu'ils ont réussi à comprendre ce qui se passe ils sont incapable résoudre nos problèmes ce qui fait en sorte que le programme est non fonctionnelle et votre relation avec vos clients en sera atteint. Quand vous demanderez de vous faire rembourser, chose qui est permis selon leur politique... on vous fera perdre votre temps et vous devrez faire plusieurs au suivi pour au final ne pas réussir à vous faire rembourser. Du début à la fin DocuSign vous fera perdre de l'argent, du temps, ainsi que votre patience. Si vous avez quelques centaines de dollars à jeter au ordure alors je recommande DocuSign sans hésitation ! Autrement, vous trouverez d'autre compagnie beaucoup mieux. Épargnez vous des problématiques et aller avec un compétiteur tel que eZsign, One Span ou autres.

J'utilise fréquemment cet outil car je signe de nombreux contrats avec des clients. Signer rapidement et efficacement fait gagner un temps considérable ! L'un est avisé lorsque l'une des parties signe, et l'autre est avisé lorsque toutes les parties signent le document. Je le recommande!

I contracted DocuSign in a period in which I had to send many contracts per month for digital signatures. DocuSign had a monthly limit of contracts that could be sent for the basic subscription and it was quite expensive to upgrade. I spoke with an agent who promised me a discount but then they never came back to me.

I chose Docusign, due to it's recognized name. However after about a month, I decided it was not worth it and changed over to DocHub. An equally great product for much less money.

When DocuSign emerged on the scene, it was a must have. My first time user experience was hassle-free managing signing documents. The DocuSign platform features make uploading, signing and sending documents effortlessly, along with integrating with third-party software.

Utilizing the platform offline functions had more options, which would be a positive outcome in a poor internet connectivity area.

I don't really have too many cons or actually just only one. I wish their pricing could be a little better. It's affordable, definitely. within small bit small or medium sized business, but it can be a little pricey if you're doing more than 10 or 20 contracts a month.
