Ease of use. Intuitive platform. Conversion from Word to PDF works very well. The sidebar allows you to very easily rearrange, add, and delete pages. Platform runs smoothly with no bugs. Great for unilaterally signing PDFs.

I could be doing it wrong, but I wish that when I was drawing a line, I could see an indication of whether or not it was level and also an indication of if it matched a line above.

That sometimes the email does not get saved as I may not have clicked out of the box and have to reinsert but its not a major issue. And even if I changed the default date to DDMMYY it reverts to US standard.

I love how intuitive and easy DocHub is to use. The ability to edit, sign and share documents quickly has streamlined our workflow, saving time for both myself and my team. The seamless integration with Google Drive makes accessing and organising documents incredibly efficient. It’s especially helpful in my role as a Headteacher, where managing paperwork can often be overwhelming.

Inconvénients

While DocHub is generally very user-friendly, occasionally the document loading times can be a bit slow, especially with larger files. Additionally, some of the more advanced editing tools could be enhanced for even greater functionality. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall efficiency it provides.

Avantages

What we like the most about DocHub is the electronic signature tool, merging and deleting pages and the ability to be able to track each document from when it was sent to when it gets returned back to us.

Inconvénients

The only feature that we dislike and it is only because we have to upload the document and resend it to the client if that document requires a signature is not being able to resend or update a document once it has been open by the client. I know there is a Void tool to cancel that request but again we have to set up the document again to request a signature from our client.

The software is cloud-based and works quite well with my Google Drive. I can write text on documents, highlight important points, and use it for my clients to sign the documents. It works great, and the fee is reasonable.

Some of my clients have been confused on how to sign but I do not see their end so I am not sure how to describe the issue.
