Works great, does what we need
Avantages
Easy enough to setup, and customer support is a breeze. Liked the way the software interface looks as well.
Inconvénients
Sometimes have devices disconnect or need reconfiguring, otherwise seems like a solid platform software.

Easy to use software
Avantages
It is really easy to use, speed up my transactions for the customers. Easy set up and great support remotely.
Inconvénients
I need the option to cash out multi tickets at once instead of merging.

Overall I like it.

All functions from data input to some reports.
Inconvénients
BOL's we need to fix and some new reporting does not do correct date ranges.

Avantages
Ease of use, price and customer support. Very user friendly. Suggestions for changes are take very seriously and upgrades are done swiftly. This company truly cares about both the industry and its customers.

LEAD TRAINER ROX!
Avantages
Just wanted to fill out this survey in regards to the lead trainer, we purchased some additional training for a new employee and this guy really went the extra mile and basically taught our new girl about the scrap industry before even attempting to train her on how to use the software! He gets major points in my book!
Inconvénients
My contract doesn't allow me to hire their employees, that's actually a good thing that we cant hire each other people, but dang it I want the Lead Trainer at my yard every day, or at least two days a week! If I had him here I bet I would double my business!

Everything is ok - EXCEPT THE VIN # moving over to nmvitis - still doesn't work - no word yet!
Avantages
Easy to use - user friendly on most applications - except for the NMVITIS -
Reports are a lot easier to run than our previous software
Inconvénients
Having problems with ADD/NMVITIS - still no answers as to why we cannot use this feature - have not been contacted in weeks to find a solution

Fairly easy to use.
Can be accessed from a browser
Inconvénients
Too many ancillary devices that have to be configured by Scrapright tech support.
DL Reader and Printers always disappear.
Cameras used are limited to AXIS brand.

The software is easy to use and anyone with just a little bit of computer experience can learn how to use the program. It is easy to add or remove commodities codes and names.

Requires less paperwork, took all handwriting and mathematical errors out.
Inconvénients
Drivers license scanner has to be constantly restarted in order to properly scan. Signature pad also times out frequently and has to be restarted.

A+ Support Team
ScrapRight's inventory solution has been great for keeping track of stock and shipping material is now a breeze.
Avantages
Ease of use. Training time is reduced as ScrapRight is friendly to individuals with limited computer experience.
Inconvénients
I would like to see more reporting options. ScrapRight provides a variety of great reports, but deep diving into the business is limited and inconsistent.

Avantages
Its easy to use and effective. It gets the job done when needed. Its simple. Things are easy to fix.
Inconvénients
Sometimes things stop working and its hard to fix. And you have to stay up on the price change.
But usually if i call its fixed right away.

Avantages
I like being able to see my customer's history easily. It makes it easy and quick to assist law enforcement. The pictures are good quality too.
Inconvénients
If you don't type something just right in the search, it may not come up. Missing an apostrophe or a comma could exclude what you're looking for from you results

Avantages
Customer Service is top notch! Very helpful! I feel that they are always working to make things better with updates and such. Also the ease of adding material to incoming and outgoing tickets is a blessing.
Inconvénients
That it is internet based. The system is down a little to much between the internet on our end and the server on their end. Also when merging customers, you lose information.

Its easy to use. I am the one who uses it all day and I had very few issues learning it.
Avantages
The customer service, the sales guy is awesome. If i have a problem they are either available or get back to me in 15 min or less. I've had very few issues with it since we started and it was mostly learning.
Inconvénients
I wish I could put weights in without having to hit "enter weight manually" each weight. That is my only gripe

Overall Scrap Right has very good functionality and is very simple to navigate

The functionality of navigating is very user friendly simple to understand and everything is very accessible and requires some user specific training that can vary depending on technological aptitude
Inconvénients
Reconciliation reports are a little complicated to open and close and does not keep up with all daily calculations

Very professional in everyway possible!
Avantages
The things that impressed me the most was the dedication and time that was put in. I love the software, it was an easy transition from our old. The staff and their patience with us is a definite pro. They bent over backward to make sure that everything was what we expected it to be. Can't say enough about this company. they work their hardest to make their software is the ABSOLUTE BEST there is. Hands down the only way to go if your in recycling.
Inconvénients
I can't complain...change is never easy, but once you get it all set up for your type of business, I promise your going to love the software. Just be patient and let them know of any issues that need to be address and they will fix them.

Scrapright has been well worth the investment for my business on a daily basis.
Avantages
Interface is great for processing customer tickets and it's real easy for my employees to learn how to use. Also , I didnt realize at first how much information you can pull out from running all the various reports on the inventory end, being able to track how much copper, brass and wire I sold at the end of each month or quarterly is awesome.
Inconvénients
There are only some real minor tweaks that I would like to see that would be specific to my business. It would be nice to have your only logo print on the receipts.

overall, good. Sometimes not as accurate as I would like.
Avantages
I like having the ability to see average prices for materials, especially in my area. Generally I have very good luck with the app and enjoy using it.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the prices aren't as accurate as I would like, but that seems to be improving. Additionally my app seemed to crash a couple times when I first started using it, but again, that has since improved.

Great ScrapRight Implementation
Operational efficiency in the workflow have greatly improvide
Avantages
Upon using the software now for a few weeks, the benefits of having both the retail and dispatch data combined into one system is providing great analytical benefits. This allows us to better understand the current inventory.
Inconvénients
We have not found any serious flaws in the software to date.

OCR functionality would be great for some out of state licenses that don't have the barcode on the back.

We really like the ease of use. Anytime there is an issue the customer support quickly resolves the problem.
Inconvénients
Needs an offline version for outages. If there was a offline version we would never have any down time.
