no wait at all when I call customer support; very easy to use; great value
I love the organization it brings to my practice.
Avantages
The value MyCase adds to my practice is worth a lot more than the monthly fee for the service.; I think the pricing is great. Also, it is extremely easy to use.
Inconvénients
The cost for credit card processing is more expensive than what I already have in place. I wish it were cheaper so that I could send invoices from MyCase.

Better than Staff
Mycase has made it possible for me run my office with fewer staff members saving money and headaches along the way. I can't imagine how I did it before without this program. It accurately manages my trust account, invoicing and calendaring. It offers my clients an easy way to access their documents and to communicate with me. My clients love it. I save a ton of money that used to go to the bookkeeper. Customer service when needed is awesome.

Glad I picked this program !
Avantages
Easy to use and love the quick payments. The client contact is great, bills look professional. Very easy to use from remote locations.
Inconvénients
Outlook add in gave me fits at first , but all is well. I think Office 365 was the issue. Nothing else negative, now that I have it down.

THEREFORE, FOR YOU TO SEE WHAT "TASKS" ARE COMING DUE, YOU MUST GO TO THE "TASKS" SCREEN TO SEE YOUR DEADLINES INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO SEE THEM ON THE CALENDAR. Revolutionized my practice
Sometimes in a review when all the stars are full we tend to think that the person writing the review is exaggerating or not taking the review seriously. However, when it comes to MyCase, there are not enough starts to fill, and not enough space to write a review that does the system justice. Suffice it to say that it has institutionalized my practice by allowing me to stay in touch with clients, new and old, and keep all their matters literally at my fingertips. I enthusiastically urge every practitioner use this system. It will not only change your practice, it will change your life.

Avantages
User friendly. Ease of use. Very Stream lined. Easy Navigation. No issues have presented themselves.
Inconvénients
Mobile Application needs a few tweaks. Mobile application should show what has been done on cases. A feature that I cannot find.

Not all of the features and functions we had in Amicus Attorney are in MyCase. We miss them but it has not deterred us.

This has been an amazing program for my office. It simplifies billing and trust accounting. The customer service is outstanding.

There's not much I dislike about the product or vendor. They have always been impressive.

Best Decision I ever made
Outstanding package and superb customer support. This has made the difference for my solo office by taking the worry out of time keeping and billing. My customers love it as well.

Terrible Billing
The batch billing is a mess. The only way to accurate do billing where you post payments from a client's trust account is individually. You cannot make certain features preset (like Notes/Terms) on your bill so you must add the language EVERY TIME you do a bill. It does not automatically carry over the balance from the last bill. There is so much wrong with this system we had to terminate our service.

Excellent Product & Service
Have been using MyCase for my law firm management for several years now and simply cannot say enough good things about the company and their product. The site is user-friendly, particularly their client portal. Just as important, their customer service is prompt and efficient.

Pros: Generally intuitive to get the basics setup and constantly improving features by user suggestions. Fast, easy invoice generation and tracking.
Cons: Can be a bit cumbersome to setup and take full advantage of all features when you are just a solo.

Best case management system available for small firms
I tried several different case management software platforms prior to deciding to use MyCase based on ease of use, cost, and the client portal (main reason). I don't have a brick and morter office so this software fits my needs perfectly.

Almost everything I need
Avantages
The price is right for a solo practitioner. Easy access by internet to contacts, cases, documents, and invoices. Also, clients can pay through my case. I like that I Can call and they will walk me through the process I am trying to use.
Inconvénients
Creating documents has been difficult, so I just use Microsoft word and then download them to the case the document is associated with.

MyCase is fantastic!!! Our small firm is now capable of managing hundreds of cases. No more answering clients' phone calls and scrambling to locate their files. All of the information is right at your finger tips.

Most of the features are so intuitive that you don't need to use the fantastic training guides.
Avantages
The ability to keep track of all aspects of a case, schedule and set up repetitive items and share what you want with key team members , with piece of mind about security.
Inconvénients
No option for estate management; organizing assets and insurance coverage, beneficiary distributions, debt management, etc.

A must have for a law office!
Avantages
It's very user friendly so I was able to train all the employees fairly quickly to use it. Everyone at the offices loves it.
Inconvénients
It took time to set up and the calendar took time in syncing with the software calendar, but other than that it's great.

Inconvénients
I wish the case file manager for medical records was more robust. Then I really would have everything in one place.
