What a surprise YuMuuv has been! As a user, I must admit it has revolutionized my daily routine. The app is so easy to use and the challenges are easy to implement. The challenges are truly motivating and the rewards... wow! I'm hooked. But what I really love is being able to connect with colleagues from other offices. The other day I participated in a challenge with a colleague from the Colombia office, can you imagine? I feel more active, healthier, and best of all, more connected with my company on a global level.

Inconvénients

There's something that bothers me a bit: the blind trust in users' honesty. I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but sometimes I wonder if we're all equally sincere when logging our activities. It would be great if there was some way to verify achievements, you know? That way, we'd all be on a level playing field and the competition would be even more exciting.

This was such an easy app to set up and use. i used it as part of a work challenge and it was good to see how I was doing against the rest of the company. it provides me with info regarding the steps I have taken in a day a week or a month. I can see the distance i have walked over the same timescales along with the calories used and the amount of Excercise minutes. I can compare month to month to see if I am improving - all in all provides a lot of information and is a good fun way to compete against your colleagues

i think the fact that there was no proof of me having taken a 30 mins break or drunk my full amout of water for the day - it just had to rely on me submitting this info myself

It's my first time using it: it's noob-friendly and easy to navigate. Using it became my daily habit, and it changed my drinking and meditation habits.

YuMuuv is a very nice way to change your habits. Habit does matter to everyone who are going to achieve any individual or team goals.

The accuracy of reading data from apps was less actual. For example, we're having a walking/ foot step competition. Unfortunately, any movement recorded on the apps (driving, cycling, riding) were being accumulated on YuMuuv. So, we're doubt to the result of the competition.

It's a great platform to keep all co-workers together and a good way for step counting that allows the automatic collection of step data from the watch while having a manual entry option, it also has some interesting facts on the statistics page

I wish the app have Integration option support for wider brand of smart watch or other devices.

Personally, it helps me a lot. I can manage the needed weight I wanted to achieve. Interesting - it can measure the # of steps I can have & set on a per day base. That I am challenge when I was not able to meet any of the needed requirements I have set.

The needed updates are posted from time to time.

I liked the ease of adding points, the confirmation of entry before submitting, and the chat features are all great. I also love the green i bar that helps folks track to meet the goal by the end of the challenge. The "find me" button was great.

The filters were a little difficult to find and I could only see the "find me" button on the "people" tab but not on the "teams" tab. It would be nice to see where your team ranks with similar ease.

I enjoy the chats. I really like to see everyone posting what they are eating and the different healthy habits everyone is adopting.

It is easy to set up, easy to connect to fitness devices, and easy to enter points. I am enjoying seeing how I and my colleagues are getting on with the challenges set.

This product was very easy to roll out. Challenges are easy to create once you understand the parameters, which can be complicated to learn and explain to employees.

Every month becomes about steps, because it's the only automatically tracked option that doesn't alienate those without fitness bands. However, steps data can be manually input on every platform that Yumuuv syncs data from. Yumuuv allows admins to disable manual entry directly in the Yumuuv app, but not manual entries made in Apple Health, Google Fit, etc. DESPITE the fact that those entries are recorded differently within those apps, and thus Yumuuv should be able to filter them out. This can lead to poor sportsmanship for which admins have no recourse. Customer service was not helpful.

my profile page itself did not offer a lot of engagement, so I did not put much time or effort into that piece. There are some devices that the app did not offer connectivity with. The manual entry button was a great option for those who needed it, but without proper auditing of entries, some people thought it could be used to cheat.
