Great App for Employer Health Initiatives
YuMuuv has had some great benefits for my work life. When my employer runs step tracking competitions, I feel inspired to get away from my desk and monitor my progress. It also helps facilitate some nice interactions with colleagues who are also participating in the same initiative.
Avantages
YuMuuv makes participating in health based competitions my employer occasionally runs very streamlined. It's helpful to see leaderboard of my colleagues so I can track my progress against them.
Inconvénients
Setting up YuMuuv can be a little bit awkward on first use, however the experience is very consistent so this isn't a huge concern.

Good Thought
It got me moving again with the challenge of trying to do better than my coworkers. Though after about a year of doing almost exclusively step challenges, the motivation is lost. It seems that we all generally walk about the same amount of steps each month, so those who have the most steps always have the most steps. It's no contest.
Avantages
It holds people accountable when being challenged against others. Everyone can see everyone else's stats and work to exceed them.
Inconvénients
It is not directly compatible with Samsung Health.

The way of monitoring and tracking the activities in the tool.
Inconvénients
The tracking of activities via Bluetooth is not liked much as we have to carry phones for all activities, it will be good if it's a tracking device.

It's easy to compare you ranking with your collegues, it is important create team and set goals as team to maximize the time spending for wellness

in a corporate doens't consider the activities for each role.. manager are more related to office and mechanic are more dynamic for e.g.

Easy to use - leaderboard was fun to see where you stood against peers.

Ease of the app, syncing w my Garmin was easy after initial setup
Inconvénients
In order for the miles/activities to refresh you had to log in and out and refresh my Garmin to get it to sync.

Honest review
I have participated in several activities led by my company, every one of them was fun and also motivated me to move more. I also won some prizes.
Avantages
The chance to participate in different activities with my colleagues, easy tracking their activity and to know how much I have left until the set goal. The app is user friendly.

Good incentive to start moving
Avantages
The app helped me improve my health habits by monitoring how many steps I did every day, and trying to compete with my coworkers I really saw an improvement in my daily routine.
Inconvénients
I can say that at some point, my coworkers and I felt a bit stressed about trying to meet and outperform our step counts
